This meditation is for anyone experiencing anger, anxiety, overstimulation, or the pain of feeling misunderstood. It’s easy to encounter people, places, and situations that trigger us. It’s much harder to find spaces where we feel truly understood. This practice is a reminder that you are not a problem — you are a sensitive, perceptive, deeply feeling human, and it is an honor to hold space with you. We begin by gently orienting to your surroundings and the rhythm of your breath, inviting awareness without pressure to change anything. From there, you’re guided into a sense of being supported — feeling the ground rise up to meet you, delighted to hold you exactly as you are. This meditation invites longer, softer exhales, gradual relaxation of the body, and permission to stop holding everything together. Emotions are welcomed without resistance, allowing intensity to soften. You can return to this practice whenever you need. You are not alone. You are doing amazingly.
