Perfect meditation activity for the whole family, really enjoyed it

I gave 3 stars at first because “melting your whole body away” sounded a little disturbing as another reviewer mentioned! But after submitting that rating....for first time ever, my 9yo boy ever asked me to “save” a meditation. And in terms of my earlier concerns, I guess “you” don’t disappear completely as the narrator shows later that “you” are still there when the snow melts! I like the way the ending can be interpreted as going to sleep too (if you ignore “open eyes” part but that’s all) then suggests to turn over and relax (sleep). Not like some meditations that go on about enjoying the rest of you day with renewed energy etc lol. Quickly have to hit pause on those ones before your kid bounces out of bed again lol.
