Go ahead and place a drop or roll onto the left palm of your hand.

We do the left palm because the left side of the body is the feminine and receptive and the palm is a super potent energy center chakra.

So it pulls out both the biochemical and the alchemical aspects of the aromatic to move them through your field and support the opening process.

However,

Nothing is more potent than when you're using the oils via olfaction,

Via inhalation.

So go ahead and rub your palms together and invite the clarity of your intention to bring love into the places where it has not been before.

And we'll go ahead and take a breath,
