Take this guided meditation for a walk, enjoying the benefits of movement. Connecting with parts of our internal world can sometimes feel difficult, and walking can help. The back and forth movement of walking is a form of bilateral stimulation, which helps our brain and body to process in an integrated way. In this guided meditation, we’ll explore a space where you feel stuck in your parts work processing. This is a great track to follow if you feel like you are hitting a roadblock when trying to connect with a part or go deeper with a part, but finding yourself getting stuck or frustrated. *Please note, this and all other tracks by this author are not intended to be used in place of professional mental health services.
