Welcome to this guided meditation brought to you by A Conscious Space.
Make sure you are comfortable.
You can either sit up or lie down.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
Make sure your spine is straight.
Now let's take three deep breaths together.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Finally in through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Now imagine roots forming at the base of your spine,
Traveling through the floorboards,
The ground and through all the layers of the earth,
Connecting you to the center of Mother Earth.
Making you feel grounded,
Safe and connected.
Now imagine yourself in a meadow.
Warm soft green grass below your feet.
Blue sky above with fluffy white clouds.
Birds singing in the trees nearby.
And beautiful flowers surrounding you.
Take a look around.
There is a garden in the distance and let your feet guide you towards it.
As you come closer you see that the garden is surrounded by a hedge.
There is a gate in the hedge.
Open the gate and enter safely into your garden.
The garden is gloriously beautiful,
Filled with plants and trees.
Now walk up a pathway leading up to the house.
This is your inner house.
Perhaps it's a castle or a simple cottage,
Only you know what it looks like.
Walk towards the door and enter safely into your inner house.
Take a look around.
Notice the colors and the details.
Walk up a flight of stairs to level with your heart center.
Before you go any further there is a warm and soothing bath awaiting you.
Enjoy this bath.
Relax and let your body soften.
There are soft towels waiting by your side and beautiful clean clothes that you can put on before we enter into the next level.
We are now inside your heart chakra,
The brightest and biggest room in your inner house.
Take a look around.
Notice the details,
The light.
Perhaps the windows are flooded with sunshine.
Notice the details in here.
Notice there are photographs of loved ones,
Comfortable furniture that you can relax in,
And beautiful flowers.
Bring some of these precious flowers with you as we are now ready to enter into the next level,
Which is your inner sanctuary.
Your inner sanctuary is your sacred space,
A place you can retreat to whenever you wish to relax,
Meditate,
And receive messages from your guides or your inner self.
What messages will you receive today?
Stay here for a little while and listen.
You can take notes of these messages anytime.
Leave the flowers that you brought with you from your heart chakra as a token of your appreciation for the messages that you just received.
Now let's commence our journey back into the meadow.
Trace your steps back through the heart center,
Down the staircase,
Through the entrance of your house,
And exit the door and know that you can return anytime you wish to.
Walk back through the beautiful garden,
Exit the gates,
And walk up the hill towards the meadow.
Now slowly call back the roots from the core of the earth and come back into this room.
Stretch and gently open your eyes.
And write down any messages that you received today.
