Welcome,

Beautiful soul,

To this meditation practice for comfort.

Comfort that you can find within yourself with your guides and through my guidance and voice leading you.

And it is no coincidence that you are here right now and that your soul has called you to listen to this track and to give you this moment for yourself.

And we will ground into Mother Earth together.

We will call up light through our roots and into our hearts.

And we will hold ourselves and breathe together.

Please do not operate any vehicle while listening to this track.

And if you can,

Be in a place that is calm and comfortable for you.

And perhaps even lay down or close your eyes.

And if you're not comfortable with closing your eyes,

You can keep a soft gaze.

This is a moment just for you.

And before we breathe together,

I wish to invite you to place one or two hands over your heart.

And just feel the warmth from your hands on your heart and the beat from your heart on the palms of your hand or your hands.

And just feel your presence with yourself here for a little while.

Now,

Let's breathe together in through the nose.

Hold it a little bit at the top and exhale through your mouth.

One more time in through the nose.

Hold it and exhale.

And another time in through the nose.

Hold it,

Hold it,

And exhale with a sigh.

My dear,

Remember that you are safe,

Grounded,

And connected.

And that you can always come back to the present moment,

To the here and now whenever you wish.

And now,

Let's focus on those beautiful,

Strong roots of yours that travel from the very base of your spine through the furniture and floorboards.

And your thick,

Strong roots travel through the building,

The ground,

The soil,

The many layers of earth,

Reaching down towards the golden center of Mother Earth,

Passing underground water systems and crystal caves.

Your roots travel down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down until they reach a golden crystalline center.

And here,

Your roots wrap around the core of the earth while Mother Earth helps you stay grounded,

Safe,

And connected throughout this meditation journey that we will safely embark on together for your comfort in coming home to yourself.

And now,

I invite you to envision this beautiful golden light from the center of the earth and that you can call up through your roots.

And you see how this warm,

Golden light travels safely and gently up the roots,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up through all the many layers of earth,

Again passing underground water systems and crystal caves,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Until they reach the ground,

The building,

The floorboards,

The furniture,

And the base of your spine.

And here,

The golden light fills your seat.

Your thighs,

Legs,

Feet,

Your belly,

Lower back,

Middle back,

Upper back,

Torso,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Elbows,

Hands,

Neck and throat,

Chin,

Cheeks,

Jaw,

Ears,

Temples,

Eyes,

Nose,

Lips,

Teeth,

Tongue,

Eyelashes,

Eyebrows,

Forehead,

Scalp,

Hair,

If you have your entire head.

And this golden light is now filling you completely.

So beautiful and warm and soothing,

The comforting light from Mother Earth.

Just feel the sensation of this light filling you for a little while.

And just be with this sensation.

And just bask in the knowing of you being held and loved,

Supported.

And feel how this light fills your auric field and how this light reaches the entire room that you're in,

The building,

And how this light begins reaching everything that you love and care for,

Every being and person that you love and care for,

Every place that you love and care for.

And this light touches so much that is meaningful to you.

And it also means that you are not alone.

There is so much that you have affected in a very positive way.

There is so much that you love and hold dear.

And love is never just one way.

You are being loved back.

And just feel this love.

Bask in this love.

Perhaps you even experience a gently tingling sensation on your skin or in your body,

Experiencing the amplification of the energy of this love.

And perhaps,

Again,

Place both of your hands on your heart or your heart chakra.

And feel the support from your palms onto your heart and the aliveness and beauty of your heart radiating onto the palms of your hands.

And this,

My love,

Is you comforting you,

You holding space for you.

And this beautiful cycle of love and self,

Love and comfort,

Is something that you can practice every day,

That you can come back to every day or whenever you need.

And whatever thoughts were in your mind prior to this meditation,

And whatever limiting beliefs were in your mind or in your experience of life,

There is no room for that now.

There's no room for it as your mind and your being is filled with this bright light,

This comforting sensation.

And whenever thoughts and limiting beliefs are enduring you in one way or another,

Or limiting your capacity for living in alignment with your best self,

Activate this sensation.

Come back to this sensation and this meditation.

Perhaps you even wish to hold yourself,

Wrap your arms around yourself,

And rock yourself a little bit,

And feeling the comfort and beauty of that,

Knowing that you always have you,

Always.

And you always have support from the universe,

From Source.

No matter your belief systems,

You are always supported.

Remember that.

And now,

My love,

Call back the golden light back to your heart center.

You can thank Mother Earth for having held you safe,

Grounded,

And connected throughout this little journey,

Knowing that she's always there to support you.

You can call back the roots through all the many layers of Earth,

Passing underground water systems and crystal caves,

Up through all the many layers of sediments and rock,

Up,

Up to the ground,

The building,

The floorboards,

The furniture,

The back of your spine,

Ready to be released again whenever you need grounding and support.

Perhaps still yourself a little bit and squeeze yourself an extra time before placing your hands in front of your chest in Namaste,

And thank yourself for this moment of support.

And I invite you to,

Before we close this meditation,

To listen to a beautiful and gentle chime for a little while.

And now,

Place your hands in front of your chest in Namaste,

Palms facing together,

The warmth of one palm warming another.

You supporting you,

You thanking you.

And I invite you to bow slightly,

Gently for yourself.

Thank yourself for this moment,

This moment of self-support and comfort.
