"My Holiness Envelops Everything I See." Remember only this; you need not believe the ideas, you need not accept them, and you need not even welcome them. Some of them you may actively resist. None of this will matter, or decrease their efficacy. Whatever your reactions to the ideas may be, use them. Nothing more than that is required.

A Course in Miracles, Lesson 36 My Holiness Envelopes Everything I See First, Say to yourself, Say to your mind, Slowly, Several times, Your Holiness envelopes everything I see. Open your eyes and look quite slowly about you, Or each object you note in your casual survey. Say to yourself, My Holiness envelopes, And name the object. Do this now. Close your eyes. Repeat in your mind several times, My Holiness envelopes everything I see. I'll be silent. Open your eyes. Note random objects. Say to yourself, Say in your mind, My Holiness envelopes, Name the object. Do this now. Close your eyes. Say in your mind, My Holiness envelopes everything I see. Four, Three to five minute practice periods are required for today. Try to distribute them fairly evenly, And make the shorter applications frequently to protect your protection throughout the day. My Holiness envelopes everything I see. Let's return our awareness to our physical body. And as we return to time and space, We acknowledge, I am aware. I am. Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.
