Surrender and release meditation.
Find a quiet place in your home to either sit or lie down.
You will want to be free from all distractions for the next 20 minutes.
Have a paper and a pen close by to jot down some key visions that you may want to remember when you come out of the meditation.
Just begin by taking some slow and deep long breaths.
Pay attention to the rise of your chest as you inhale and notice the fall of your chest as you exhale.
Begin to scan your body and gently repeat the words in on the in-breath and out on the out-breath.
In,
Out.
If your mind wanders off,
Simply come back to my voice and follow your breath.
In,
Out.
Continue to do this for a couple of breaths on your own.
In,
Out.
Imagine that you are walking along a beautiful trail in the mountains.
Notice the bright colors that surround you.
You can smell the fresh pine amongst the trees.
The leaves are a vivid and vibrant mix of yellow,
Orange,
And red.
The crisp,
Cool fall air feels refreshing on your face.
All is well.
You feel safe,
Happy,
And healthy.
You look up at one of the mountains and you notice a large tree covered in beautiful leaves.
You look up at the tree and suddenly you are one of the leaves.
There you are,
A simple leaf with no worries.
You are surrounded by your other brother and sister leaves and you all gently dance to the music of the wind.
Just for a moment,
Be a leaf with no mind.
Just be a leaf.
Now with the wind.
Now the wind begins to pick up and so does your excitement.
You begin to flap wildly with the other leaves.
The wind is swirling all around you and it begins to pick up faster and faster.
A huge gust of wind comes and removes you from the tree.
You let go with complete abandon and you are off on some mysterious adventure.
Feel yourself let go and be free.
You are free to go anywhere you please.
You are free from all attachments.
You are free of all that has been holding you back.
As you let go and surrender with complete trust and knowing,
The wind safely carries you to a place that is beyond your wildest dreams.
If you let go and allow,
The universe can conspire with you.
Freely flowing through the air,
You say goodbye to what you left behind in that tree.
What is it that has been holding you back from your freedom to create?
Is it an old unresolved love that you know you need to let go of?
Are you leaving behind some habitual pattern that no longer serves you?
Are you freeing yourself from an unhealthy job or a situation or maybe friendship?
What are you leaving behind today?
The wind keeps taking you somewhere and you feel a sense of relief,
Power,
Freedom.
The ties that have bound you can bound you no more.
Say goodbye with gratitude of all the lessons you have learned and just let go.
With each breath in,
You say thank you.
With each breath out,
You let go.
Slowly the wind gently brings you down out of the sky.
Inhale and exhale.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go and land softly into a cool,
Refreshing stream.
As you float down the river with effortless ease,
You find yourself going around any rocks or obstacles that may be in your way.
You flow freely down the river to your destiny.
Where is this river taking you today?
Where would you like to end up?
It's yours to create.
You may be floating into the arms of your new beloved.
You may be floating into a dream job.
Maybe you are floating into a home that you are manifesting.
This river has the power to take you there.
Where is it?
At last you arrive and you now transform from leaf into yourself.
You stand up and powerfully walk out of the river,
Free of the weight that has been holding you back and looking ahead to a path that leads you to everything you've been wanting to create.
As you begin to walk along the trail again,
You see a doorway and beautiful golden white light is spilling out.
Walk towards it.
Open it up.
You have arrived.
Take a nice big deep inhale and exhale.
Gently come back to the present moment and when you're ready,
Open your eyes and write down a few key visions that you would like to remember.
Gently come back to the present moment and when you're ready,
Open your eyes and
