Imagine that your entire body is slowly expanding and slowly contracting with each breath moving through it.
Keep this process going for at least five deep breaths.
Imagine that each breath is energizing you.
Just a few more deep breaths.
You begin to hear the chanting of the elven wizard as you see the pinecone you are gifted take form before you.

Soon you will explore the inner realms and start on your great quest.
But first we need to activate your bio suit.
Your bio suit is a network of magical energy that flows through your physical body.
It will act as the connection between you and the inner realms.
Once it is powered up,
You will be able to connect to your avatar and begin your journey.
From the outer realm of Earth,
You will need to harness vital life force energy called mono.
I will guide you to connect with the Earth monogrids inside the planet.
This grid will supply you with the Earth mona needed to fuel your bio suit for the adventures ahead.
For some,
It can be easier to access Earth mona when outside,
But it will still work even if you are inside and far off the ground.
In a moment,
The pinecone will help you activate your bio suit and build your connection to the Earth grids.
I will now call forth the magic within the pinecone.
As the elven wizard chants,
Bring your focus back to your slow,
Deep breaths and the vision of the pinecone before you.
The pinecone begins to glow as it floats upward,
Coming to rest just above the top of your head.
It starts to spin and its petals open,
Releasing 12 golden seeds.
Each seed has a unique symbol upon it.
The seeds encircle the top of your head,
Creating a radiant crown.
From each seed,
A stream of light energy flows down through your body,
Each thread of light weaving through you.
Take several deep breaths as the magical structure of your bio suit powers up.
The wizard speaks.
Now the pinecone will assist you in harnessing Earth mana.
As you take another deep breath,
You see the pinecone release 12 more glowing seeds.
They flow into the top of your head,
Through the 12 streams of light,
And plant themselves into your bio suit near the base of your spine.
As the seeds settle in,
They begin to sprout roots that grow through your legs and your feet,
Reaching all the way down until they connect to the soil below you.
Imagine the roots growing longer and going down deeper into the soil through the rocky layers of the Earth.
Follow the roots with your inner vision as clearly as you can,
Moving with them as they go deeper and deeper underground.
You notice a faint green light ahead and a pulsating sound.
The light and sound grow stronger as you arrive at the Earth mana grids.
You see before you a gigantic root-like network of organic Earth mana energy that extends in all directions beyond your vision.
It is alive,
Active,
And powerful.
Take another deep breath and send out your roots to connect to the grid.
Let your roots bond with it,
Making a strong,
Secure connection with the grid as if they are plugging into it.
Once you are connected,
Each time you will take a deep breath.
Earth mana will now flow from the Earth mana grid up your roots all the way back to your biosuit.
Take a deep breath,
Drawing the Earth mana up your roots,
And in your vision follow the Earth mana energy as it flows up through every layer of rock and soil back into your biosuit.
As you focus on your biosuit,
Envision the Earth mana surging through the magical pathways,
Filling them with energy.
Take a few more moments here to continue breathing slowly and deeply,
Harnessing as much Earth mana as you can,
Making sure every area of your biosuit receives this gift.
