A calm and powerful meditation for anyone ready to lead from their inner center. You'll be gently guided through reflections on who you are at your best, and what wants to emerge in you right now. Inspired by Marianne Williamson's words - "it is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us" - this practice helps you to reconnect with your potential, plant an intention and remember the quiet power of your ripple.

Hello and welcome.

Let's begin by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently out through your mouth.

One more time.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and exhale gently.

And with your next inhale,

Allow your eyes to close or just soften your gaze and feel how your body begins to settle.

Feel the breath move gently down to your belly,

Your chest expanding and softening in its own natural rhythm.

And feel how,

In your own time,

You begin to let go.

You let go of the doing,

The rushing,

The performance,

The proving.

Right here and right now,

There's nothing you need to achieve.

This moment is yours.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to perform.

Just to be right here,

Right now.

And just this breath.

The next breath.

And the next.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

These are the words of Marianne Williamson.

She reminds us that it's our light,

Not our darkness,

That most frightens us.

What if it's not your limits that holds you back,

But your brilliance?

What if your greatest power is already here?

It's been within you all along.

It's been with you since the moment you were born.

So I invite you to place your fingertips on your palm,

On your heart,

And ask yourself,

Softly,

Curiously.

You don't need to think,

To analyze.

Just listen to the intelligence in your heart.

Who am I when I am at my best?

When I am grounded,

Expansive,

Awake.

When I am fully alive.

When I lead from the heart,

With vision and presence.

Who am I when I allow myself to shine?

Let the answers arise from the deep intelligence within you.

You don't need to force anything.

Just listen.

Who are you when you are in your full potential?

What qualities live in you when you show up fully?

Feel the power of that version of you.

Feel it in your breath,

In your chest,

In your heart,

In your spine.

It lives within you.

It's been there all along.

It's not something you need to become.

It is something you already are.

Give yourself permission,

Right here,

Right now,

To show up as your whole authentic self.

To be 100% present and to lead from that center.

Know this.

This moment,

Here and now.

This moment is the result of all the choices you have made in your life.

It's perfect and you are ready.

Ready to step in to a new level of leadership.

To let go of what no longer serves you.

Because what got you here might not be what will take you to the next level.

And that is okay.

This is your invitation to evolve.

To step into deeper trust.

And to let old stories,

Perhaps old fantasies about yourself,

Fall away.

To lead not from fear,

But from truth.

From integrity.

And from love.

And when you lead from this place,

Your presence creates a ripple.

A wave of change that moves outward into your teams,

The business you're part of,

The organization you're part of,

Your family,

All the people that are important to you in your world.

The power of your ripple is not in how loud you are.

It is in how true you are.

It's in your consistency,

Your calm,

Your clarity.

And the way you come back to your own center,

To yourself,

Over and over again.

And lead yourself and others from that place.

Now,

Take a moment in silence.

Let your breath be soft and natural.

And gently ask yourself,

What does my highest self want me to remember today?

Maybe you hear an answer.

Maybe you see a picture,

A color.

Maybe you feel a presence.

Whatever arises,

Let it be enough.

What does my highest self want me to remember today?

And now,

From this place of clarity,

From this place of truth,

Ask yourself,

What do I want to invite in today?

What do I want to invite in today?

Whisper it silently to yourself a few times.

Set that intention now.

And let it root in your heart like a quiet promise.

A seed of what wants to grow.

Set that intention now.

We plant an intention in our hearts,

And then we let go of the outcome.

We trust that the seed will grow,

Without us controlling or trying to set the pace.

And know this.

You are capable.

You are ready.

And you are powerful.

Way beyond measure.

And when you feel ready,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Start to come back to this room,

To the space around you,

To the rest of your day,

Bringing with you the stillness,

The clarity,

And the power of that intention.

You are ready.

Lead from that place,

And the world will feel your light,

And your ripple.
