Even in the midst of challenge,
There's light.
Take a deep slow breath in and gently release it.
Feel yourself arriving in this moment.
Leaving behind all worries.
If you're comfortable,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
If you're in motion,
Take a second to pause and lower your gaze.
Take another slow breath in and out.
Let your body soften and feel the ground beneath you.
Supporting you.
Holding you steady.
Inhale again,
Drawing in calm,
Healing energy.
Exhale and release tension.
Fear.
Let your breath remind you that you are still here.
There will be days that test you.
Days that make you wonder if it's worth it.
When this happens,
Remind yourself it's okay to rest.
It's okay to not have it all figured out.
To not mistake resting for giving up.
Strength isn't always about pushing through every single moment.
It's about remembering that you can begin again.
Every breath is a chance to start over.
Even when you can't see it,
Rest without giving up.
I'm learning to rise again one breath at a time.
I'm stronger than I remember.
Gently place one hand over your heart and take one last deep grounding breath.
When you open your eyes,
Remember that you have not come this far to give up.
When life challenges you,
It's not a sign to surrender.
It's an invitation to rise higher.
Let each obstacle be your teacher.
Receive each setback as a seed of wisdom.
And every time you stand back up,
Your faith grows stronger than your fear.
