First,
Let's just come into a comfortable seat.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Softening the gaze or closing the eyes.
And begin tuning in to your breath.
We don't need to change the breath.
We just begin feeling the breath.
We notice the air coming in through the nose,
Filling up the lungs.
We notice the exhale.
The air softly releasing through the nose or mouth.
And we continue with this breath.
Noticing the inhale.
Noticing the exhale.
Few more rounds just like that.
Tuning inward to become grounded,
To become centered in this present moment.
Letting go of whatever expectations you have.
Letting go of things needing to go a certain way.
Letting go of perfectionism.
Allowing life to unfold in this present moment,
In the here and now,
By tuning inward to the breath.
Feeling your inhale.
And your exhale.
Your practice doesn't ask you to be perfect.
It simply asks you to be present.
We let go of perfectionism.
The opposite is not underachieving.
It is.
Courage.
It is creativity.
Its confidence.
Curiosity.
We breathe in peace.
We exhale love.
Gently reminding ourselves.
This present moment.
It's all that matters.
The here,
The now.
Living this beautiful life.
One moment at a time.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to your center.
Noticing the inhale.
Noticing the exhale.
Softening the body,
The mind.
Coming back to the breath.
Whenever you feel ready to come back into this beautiful day,
Just as it is,
Gently blink the eyes back open.
Unite the breath together with one more inhale.
Full exhale.
I'll see you next time.
