In this meditation, you will be carried through a visualization followed by the affirmation "I feel, I exist" to promote self-awareness, opening and activating your pineal gland. Repeating this affirmation will keep yourself rooted in the present moment.

Transcript

Take a seat on the floor or comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor in front of you.

Place your hands lightly on the lap either up or down and begin to close your eyes.

Beginning to arrive in your bodies wherever you may be.

Just really feel whatever it is you're sitting on.

Feel your sit bones being supported by the ground or the chair.

Feel that support rooting you down and lifting your head a little higher towards the sky.

Being open to receiving today and always.

Begin to breathe in slowly.

Breathe out even slower out through your nostrils.

Take a long,

Deep,

Slow breath in.

And this time open the mouth.

A long,

Slow exhale.

One last deep,

Slow breath in.

Once more,

Let it out through the mouth.

Long,

Slow exhale.

And then return to your natural breath.

Everything's starting to slow down.

Surrendering every part of your body.

We'll be repeating an affirmation for today's meditation.

I feel I exist.

This affirmation brings the mind and body together.

The emotional and sensual self becoming one.

As you sit here and inhale,

Imagine yourself.

See yourself sitting on the floor and gradually expand your vision to outside of your house,

Up through the clouds,

Seeing Earth from above.

Continue expanding until you see the galaxy swirling around slowly.

Now gradually go back to yourself.

Go back to seeing yourself sitting on the ground.

Now repeat this affirmation.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

You can continue to repeat this affirmation out loud or you can repeat silently in your head.

I feel I exist.

So keep repeating this affirmation either silently or out loud for the next few minutes.

Anytime your mind starts to wander,

As it certainly will,

Return to that affirmation.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

Stay with your eyes closed and just release that mantra,

That affirmation.

I feel I exist.

Begin to breathe in and out again consciously,

Eyes remaining closed.

Begin to bring your hand up to your forehead,

Touching your forehead lightly.

Touching your arms,

Giving yourself a hug,

Grabbing opposite arms.

Your belly,

Hands on both sides of the ribcage,

Feeling.

Your legs,

Your toes.

Up to your legs,

Your belly,

Your arms.

Give yourself a tight squeeze,

A nice big hug in your forehead.

Imagine your blood vessels,

Your nervous system,

Your heart,

Yourselves.

You have now imagined everything that is bigger than you and everything that is smaller than you.

Acknowledge you exist.

Acknowledge where you are.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.

I feel I exist.
