Go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

Whatever feels most nourishing for you in this moment.

Allow your hands to rest gently on your body,

Perhaps on your belly,

Your heart,

Or wherever feels most natural.

Gently close your eyes and take a nice deep slow breath in through your nose,

And exhale fully in a sigh out your mouth.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to relax,

Your hands are resting gently.

This is your time,

A time to pause,

A time to connect,

A time to trust.

Let yourself soften,

Let this be a moment of pause,

A breath.

Feel it moving in and out of your body,

Steady and constant,

Like the waves of the ocean.

Each inhale bringing nourishment,

Each exhale creating more space,

Letting go of what is not necessary in this moment.

And when you're ready,

Gently shifting your awareness to your body,

The home of new life,

The sacred vessel of creation.

Feel your weight resting against the surface beneath you,

Held and supported.

Without judgment,

Notice any areas of tension,

Any places that are asking for more softness,

More ease,

Letting go of any need to analyze.

Simply feeling,

With each breath you allow yourself to soften just a little more.

Now bring your awareness to your belly,

This sacred space where new life is growing.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath,

The quiet presence of your baby within.

Maybe you sense movements,

Maybe there's a lot of movement in this moment,

Or small shifts,

Or perhaps stillness.

However your baby is choosing to be in this moment is absolutely perfect.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Imagine a warm golden light flowing from your heart down into your belly,

Wrapping your baby in love.

This light carries your presence,

Your safety,

Your deep unconditional love and knowing.

And with your next breath,

Silently or softly whisper to your baby,

I am here with you,

I love you,

We are on this journey together.

Pause for a moment and feel the connection,

Feel the bond that exists beyond words,

Beyond time.

This is a partnership,

A dance that is unfolding in perfect rhythm.

When you're ready,

Allow your awareness to shift and include sensations.

What does your body need right now?

Ask yourself,

What feels good to me right now?

Maybe you want to gently sway or stretch or place your hands on a different part of your body or your belly,

Offering warmth and support.

Honor whatever you desire.

Your body is so wise,

It speaks through sensation,

Through movement,

Through instinct.

Let go of the thinking mind and allow your body to lead.

There is no right way to be in this moment,

Only what feels good to you.

Trust yourself,

Trust the wisdom of your body.

It has carried you through every moment of your life and it knows exactly what to do now.

Your body is wise,

Your baby is wise and together you are co-creating this journey.

Take one more deep breath in and as you exhale feel yourself fully present,

Fully landed at home in your body.

You are safe,

You are so capable,

You are exactly where you need to be.

And when you feel ready,

Maybe you start to gently wiggle your finger and toes or invite movement into other parts of your body or being.

When you're ready and no rush at all,

You'll slowly start to open your eyes and look around the space that you're in,

Continuing to carry this feeling of trust and presence within you wherever you head off to next.

You continue to know that your journey is unfolding beautifully and you are doing beautifully.
