Close your eyes and breathe in the soft edges of this moment. The Return is a gentle homecoming, an invitation to find stillness in the midst of life’s movement and chaos. Through soothing words and slow, grounded breath, you’ll remember what the body has always known: that peace is not something to seek, but something to return to. Let this meditation guide you back to the quiet steadiness within, where calm meets chaos and you remember that you were never lost at all. Welcome.

Allow your eyelids to gently close as you start to breathe in the soft edges of this moment.

Letting the noise of the day begin to soften like waves pulling back into the sea.

Feeling the weight of your body and how it meets the surface beneath you.

Connecting to this earth that has been holding you long before you learned how to hold yourself.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and sighing it out through your mouth.

Good.

Again.

Allowing something to loosen with each breath.

An expectation.

A worry.

Something from that to-do list.

This is not a practice of doing.

You are shifting into a practice of being.

Of remembering.

There is nowhere you have to arrive.

There is nothing you need to fix.

You are already whole.

And you are already home.

Bringing your attention now to your heart.

To that quiet rhythm that never left you.

The steady,

Loyal drum.

Beating through the seasons.

Through the noise.

Through every forgetting and every return.

The body still knows what the mind forgot.

You were never separate from life.

You were never separate from love.

Allowing your awareness to travel from your head to your shoulders.

Your elbows.

Your hands.

Your chest.

Your belly.

Your hips.

Your knees.

With every breath whispering softly to yourself,

I am here.

I belong to this moment.

I am here.

I am here.

I belong to this moment.

You are not searching for anything.

You are simply softening into what has always been.

The stillness beneath the chaos.

The light beneath the noise.

The you that never left.

Imagining your breath now as a tide.

Washing through the edges of your being.

Each inhale gathering the scattered pieces of you.

Each exhale bringing them home.

There is no need to reach for peace.

You can allow it to reach for you.

It knows you.

It knows the way back home.

Allowing this moment to hold you.

Allowing it to remind you of the simple truth that even in the storm,

There is an anchor deep within.

And as you allow yourself to rest here in the quiet amidst the chaos,

Feel yourself return.

Not as someone new,

But as the one who remembers.

May you remember again and again.

You are never lost.

Only returning.

Returning to your breath.

Returning to your body.

Returning to love.

Returning home.

You are so loved.
