As you're allowing yourself to get more and more comfortable,

Whatever surface you're sitting on or lying down on,
You allow your eyes to gently close.
You start to focus on your breathing,
Allowing yourself to breathe in a relaxed and comfortable way,
Tuning in to the rhythm of your body,
Noticing your breath as you allow it to come in through your nose,
Sighing it out through your mouth.

Actively using your exhale to let go of anything you've been holding on to,
Any tension,
Any contraction,
Any pain,
Any resistance,
Anything that you don't feel the need for in our next few moments together.
