Emotions naturally move through us like waves, yet at times they can feel held, heavy, or stuck beneath the surface. This gentle meditation invites you to arrive, ground, and begin softening into the natural rhythm of emotional flow. Through allowing, release, and renewal, you’re guided to create space for whatever needs to move, without force or pressure. As tension eases and awareness widens, a quieter sense of freedom can begin to emerge within the body and the emotional field. A short section of music with subtle subliminal affirmations is woven into the practice to gently support release, balance, and emotional renewal. This meditation may be especially supportive when you’re feeling emotionally full, restricted, or ready to let go and reconnect with a lighter inner state.
