Gently drift your attention back to the rattling of the train.
The sound is redundant,
Soft,
Calming and comforting.
Bringing a sense of tranquility and security.
Stay with this tone.
Whenever thoughts arise again,
Simply move your awareness back to the sound.
Stay with this sound.
The train starts to slow down.
Coming to a stop.
It's a passenger train,
Painted in bright colors.
With beautiful patterns of the most amazing flowers.
Looking cheerful.
The windows are decorated with the most exquisite silk,
Drapes and shining lights.
Looking ever so mesmerizing.
The doors open up.
People are stepping out of the train.
They are moving in many directions.
Most of them are rushing.
Each one minding their business.
Hurrying to get to their destination.
When everyone departs,
Then there are those who are boarding it now.
It appears to be a diverse crowd.
Different in ages,
From youngsters to wise elders.
Those that are moving slowly and steadily.
Some look nostalgic.
Some are happy and content.
Smiling.
And some seem anxious to get to where they are heading to.
These people are your thoughts.
They are coming from you and through you.
Some materialize as young adults,
Cheerful,
Speaking loudly.
Some look worried or enraged.
Others seem to be a little anxious or nervous.
And a portion of them seem to be happy or sentimental.
A number of your thoughts appear as playful children.
Boys and girls.
Dressed in beautiful,
Colorful clothing.
Jumping along their parents whilst holding their hand.
Some children are smiley and chatty.
Some are mischievous.
Some are happy,
Laughing out loud.
And then there are those throwing a tantrum.
As you look and observe them,
There is no judgment.
Disappointment or sadness towards any of them.
You are simply allowing them to pass.
As a reflection of your thoughts.
Just watching them without emotions.
Acknowledging the fact that they are your moving thoughts.
Revealing themselves in so many different versions.
Some of your thoughts appear as geometric shapes and forms.
Coming as three-dimensional triangles.
Circles.
Some of those forms seem to be opaque.
And others transparent.
Appearing in many different colors.
Green.
White or silver.
Some come in gold.
Allow for all of them to move through your essence.
Leaving you and boarding the train.
This mysterious train.
Several of your thoughts look like animals.
Whatever it may be.
Squirrels.
Deer.
Or zebras.
Geese or eagles.
Turtles.
Some show up as dogs or cats.
Again.
There is no need to be worried or afraid.
To try to control them in any way.
Just watch them moving in their unique appearances.
See them getting on that train.
Let them all pass with ease.
The doors are closing.
The train starts to move.
Your scattered thoughts are leaving you.
Escaping your mind and your essence.
As you are lovingly waving them farewell.
There is deep,
Spacious space.
A new consciousness within you.
A new,
Clear,
Healing energy vortex.
Seeping into your body.
And soul.
Quieting your mind.
And your most amazing spirit.
Feel profound silence within you.
Breathe in.
Feel the space within you.
And around you.
Sense the quietness in your mind and in your body.
