Will guide you into a place of awareness of where these new energies and frequencies are now washing over this planet.
It is time to refocus your attention on this moment,
This meditation,
And let yourself move into a place of alignment.
So now,
Move your attention to your breath as you make yourself comfortable.
Feel your chest rise and fall with every single breath.
Allow your body to relax.
As you become aware of your own thoughts and sensations.
This is your sacred time to switch off from the world outside,
As my energy and attention helps to guide you into that place deep inside.
The space inside you is infinite.
And as you hear the sound of the music,
Become aware of any tension in your neck,
And any tension in your shoulders.
As you feel a deep relaxation begin to move down from your neck,
Into your shoulders,
Into your arms,
Into your fingers.
As you become aware of being aware itself.
Now move your attention back to your head.
Begin by relaxing all those tiny muscles around your eyes,
Around your cheeks,
Around your chest,
And around your jaw.
As energies start to move around you,
Helping you to tune in to who you really are.
Infinite energy vibrating on many levels.
You are more than your body.
You are more than your mind.
And now as your legs begin to feel heavy and relaxed,
And any remaining tension in your body fades away,
Into emptiness.
Throughout many lifetimes,
All the decisions you have ever made,
Has brought you into this space.
Into this now.
Allowing you to become aware,
That things just have a way of working out,
Naturally,
In divine timing.
Surrender now to your intention.
That intention of raising your own energy.
As you hear the sound of my voice,
And the sound of the music,
Send your awareness out,
Around the planet,
As you let go of your physical body.
Your thoughts guide your consciousness,
And your awareness can go anywhere it pleases.
And now,
Picture yourself in the middle of a forest.
A green,
Vibrant forest,
As you stand next to tall trees that tower above you.
And you are the only person there for miles around.
Nature is fully flowing here.
Just place yourself at the foot of these large,
Ancient trees,
In this green,
Vibrant forest,
And just be.
In the distance you hear the sound of thunder.
The air is filled with an atmosphere,
And the gentle rain becomes heavier,
As you take shelter under the large branches of these ancient trees.
The leaves in the foliage occasionally move,
Reacting to the tiny droplets of water.
You begin to sense the smell of the forest,
As the air becomes filled with an earthly,
Fresh smell.
Breathe in that life-giving oxygen,
Nature understands exactly what to do,
And when to do it.
Flowers open,
Insects and animals enjoy this life-giving water.
What would it feel like to step out from beneath the branches of this tree,
And to feel the rain on your skin,
Running down your face,
Gently falling on your eyes.
You are Nature.
Breathe the smell of the damp earth into your body,
And soon you begin to sense the energy of the forest itself.
Open your heart and feel the energy of the earth,
Without the concerns of humanity,
Without the concerns of problems and worries.
Just tune in to that ever-present rhythm of Nature,
That same presence that has been here for millions of years.
Everything that exists in Nature has been programmed to evolve,
To work in harmony with itself and others.
Life is about flowing,
Creating,
Being in the moment,
And feeling with your heart,
Feeling love for yourself,
As Nature intended.
The universal system of creation extends into every corner of time and space,
And at its core,
Is created through the energy of love.
You can see the blueprint of this creation in the design of the tiniest seashell,
To the perfect,
Most efficient structure of flowers.
We are so lucky to be surrounded by a system that knows exactly what to do.
It always brings itself back into alignment,
Back into a state of equilibrium.
There are many universal laws that are fundamental to our existence,
One of which is that when we focus our awareness on something,
We experience it at some level.
To look for the joy in every moment,
To express gratitude for the air that we breathe,
The animals that we coexist with,
And the incredible ecosystem that creates such diversity,
So that we can experience this thing we call life.
More than ever,
It's a time to focus on anything and everything that gives you happiness,
That ignites the passion inside yourself,
That reminds you that life is to be lived.
We ask now that this natural system that surrounds us,
Gently begins to realign our energies into a place of harmony and balance.
And now as your consciousness awareness expands,
Be aware of the subtle energies and vibrations moving in and around you,
Releasing any stress,
Any lower vibrational energies that no longer serve you,
As you feel a new alignment,
A new earth frequency.
As I count from 5 down to 1,
See or sense an energy point above your head.
This energy point begins to open up,
And streaming high frequency codes of information enter into your consciousness.
Relax deeper,

This energy center above your head begins to open,
As you welcome these energy upgrades into your consciousness,
In this moment,
In this now.
You are amazing,
And you are loved on so many levels.
Connect yourself now to everyone else in this meditation,
Through time and space,
And send that frequency of love and gratitude,
