Breathing in naturally.

Noticing any tension,

Any thoughts or feelings that come up for you.
As you breathe out,
Allowing yourself to release these things.
Paying no mind to how long they stay around for.
Just focusing on your breath.
In and out.
Allowing your body to find natural breathing.
As it dissolves,
Transmutes and processes.
To bring you into deeper and deeper states of relaxation.
When you are ready,
Placing one hand on your heart chakra and one on the sacrum,
Just below the belly button.
Allowing yourself to breathe in and out nice and deeply now.
Finding a natural rhythm in your breath that is comfortable for you.
Next breath in.
Drawing that breath in.

Allowing yourself to continue that cycle over and over again.
Breathing in.
Breathing in for 4.
Holding for 4.
Breathing out for 8.
And as you continue the cycle.
Tendrils,
Root-like,
Mycelium-like tendrils.
Reaching out,
Stretching out,
Expanding from your spine.
Rooting deep into the earth.
Feeling these tendril-like structures.
Anchoring deeper and deeper and deeper into Mother Earth.
Your body feeling heavier and heavier.
The deeper,
The wider these mycelium-like roots stretch and grow.
Unfelding.
Expanding beneath you into Mother Earth.
Inviting out to breathe as one with you.
Sucking the air all the way up in you.
And then breathing out and releasing for 8 counts.
Drawing that breath in again,
This time as you're breathing in.
Drawing in,
Imagine you're drawing in all the nourishment,
All the nutrients from Mother Earth.
And as you breathe out,
Release that breath.
Allow yourself to release anything that no longer serves your being on all layers of your existence.
Back into earth to be composted into life.
Every breath you draw in.
Drawing in that life force,
Positive,
Affirming energy.
That is the source of your creation,
Or life,
Or innovation,
Or rejuvenation,
Strength.
As you breathe out,
Allowing anything and everything that no longer serves your being on all layers of your being.
It's all time,
Space and existence to be released back into life.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.

Feeling your heartbeat becoming one with Mother Earth.
Feeling yourself breathing as one with the earth.
Through an exchange,
You breathe in the energy of the earth.
It invigorates,
Transforms your being.
You breathe out as one with the earth.
Compost,
Energy nourish,
Release.
Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper.
Lower and lower into the earth.
Cuckoo,
Warm,
Dry.
That allows you to rest,
Release,
Rejuvenate and restore.
Allowing those mycelium-like threads,
That root system that you've dug deep into the earth,
To begin retracting.
Receiving and pulling back into your spine and spine.
Giving deep gratitude to the earth for supporting you to reset your nervous system in this way.
Knowing you can come back here whenever you feel you need to.
To drop straight back into that rhythm of life.
An exchange of breath with the earth once again.
