My name is Autumn and let's start our day with gratitude.
Let us begin with three beautiful grounding deep breaths.
Breathing in and breathing out fully and completely.
Deep breath in,
Breathing out.
Deep breath in,
Breathing out.
Moving into your gentle rhythm of natural breathing now.
Your shoulders relaxing and your jaw just relaxing.
And as you breathe in your regular gentle way,
Bring to mind person,
Place or event or an action that you were so grateful for.
Could be small,
Could be big,
Anything at all of your own choosing.
Just something maybe from yesterday,
Maybe years ago that helped you feel so good,
So grateful and just bring that to mind.
Notice it growing,
Expanding,
Filling you with the memory of gratitude.
Feel the gentle changes in your body as that beautiful grateful energy ripples out into the rest of your body with appreciation,
Happiness,
A smile on your lips.
Ah yes,
Remember it well.
And just say thank you.
And notice all the ripples of energy going out all around you now,
Forwards into your day,
Behind you,
To your sides rippling out now,
Filling the space all around you with the energy of gratitude.
And as you're filling your space with gratitude,
Gently bring to mind another gratitude.
What are you grateful for?
Something may have happened,
A person,
Any good thing,
A place,
An experience,
Any good thing at all,
Bring it to your mind.
And just remember how good that thing felt.
Oh,
That felt so good.
And let that arise in your body and ripple out through the whole of you.
Remembering that wonderful good thing.
Ah,
It feels so good.
And notice the smile on your lips and the gratitude rising and increasing and expanding and rippling out all around you now,
In every direction into the space all around you,
To your past,
Your future,
To the present.
The energy of gratitude flowing now,
And it feels very good.
And one more time,
Remembering something,
Person,
Place,
Or event,
Or an action that you were so grateful for.
It could be small,
It could be big.
It's the gratitude that counts,
That matters.
And let that memory come back and rise up in you.
The tingling energy,
That good feeling now rising up in you and flowing through your body now.
And notice now as that wonderful energy of gratitude is expanding and expanding now as you remember that smile on your lips and it's expanding out all the energy of gratitude behind you,
In front of you,
Into the sides below and above you,
Into the space around you and into your world.
More and more enjoyable and good things arise.
And the kindness,
Love,
Appreciation,
And the wonder of gratitude is working in your life,
In your body,
In your mind,
In your heart.
And it's giving to those around you as your gratitude spreads and ripples out,
Focusing on that which is so good.
And keep breathing.
