Welcome Beloved.

Today,

We'll embark on a journey to experience the pleasure and joy that comes from the breath,

Your divine love affair with the Spirit.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

With your spine straight and your body relaxed.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes and allow yourself to fully arrive in this sacred moment.

Take a moment to become aware of your breath,

Flowing naturally in and out of your body.

Feel the gentle rhythm of life moving through you without any effort or force.

This is the breath of God,

A tender kiss of life given freely to you.

You don't need to take anything from this world.

You are here to receive and release.

Receive each inhalation with joy,

Knowing that life is given to you freely.

And release each exhale with gratitude and appreciation,

Surrendering it back to the universe.

In this practice,

Allow yourself and your mind to be fully enraptured in this dance of receiving and releasing,

Feeling the joy of each gift of breath.

As you continue to breathe,

Embrace the realization that you don't have to do anything to be worthy of the fullness of life.

Embrace the realization that life is given to you.

Each breath,

An intimate moment with the divine,

A sacred exchange of love.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

And embrace the realization that no matter what you've done,

No matter who you've been,

God sees you worthy of life.

This is the breath of love.

This is the breath of forgiveness.

This is the breath of your life.

Don't let your mind distract you from this beautiful,

Loving moment.

Come back to the breath.

You are worthy to receive.

You are strong enough to release.

Now,

On your next exhale,

Gently release all the air from your lungs and hold your breath at the bottom of the exhale.

Feel the stillness.

Notice how life pushes against your own willpower,

A reminder that divine love sustains you and wants you to be alive.

Hold this breath for as long as possible,

Feeling the growing pressure of life wanting to return to you.

And when you can no longer hold,

Open your lungs and inhale deeply.

Welcoming the divine breath back into your body and feeling the joy and pleasure in this sacred reunion of you and the love of God filling you once more.

As we bring this meditation to a close,

Take a moment to bask in the pleasure and joy of this divine love affair with your breath.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Eyes still closed,

Wiggling the fingers and the toes,

Stretching the body if you need to.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and carry this sense of divine love and gratitude with you throughout your day.

Remember,

Each breath is a gift,

A sacred exchange of love between you and the divine.

Receive each breath with joy and release it with gratitude and let this love affair continue to enrich your life.

Thank you for joining me in this practice.

I look forward to seeing you in another moment of meditation.

Love and blessings to you.
