This is an Affirmative Prayer for Full Spiritual Embodiment. In this affirmative prayer, we enter into a field of unified consciousness with Spirit, which is Divine Love and Beauty. From this unified consciousness, we call forth a spiritual realization and demonstration of embodied Love, peace, joy, abundance, and prosperity.

Welcome family to affirmative prayer.

My name is Tremon McZeal and I am the Young Manifesto Guru.

We start our prayer,

We open this portal with a moment of presence.

Wherever you are,

Get yourself in a comfortable position,

Something that makes you feel supported,

Open and receptive and comfortable.

And put your attention on your breath.

How are you breathing today?

How are you breathing right now in this moment?

Notice the natural rhythm of your inhale and your exhale.

This is the natural two-fold rhythm of the universe,

The involution and the evolution,

The inflow and the outflow.

The breath being spirit involves itself in our bodies and our bodies move forward to greater health,

Greater balance,

A greater expression of the spirit that we are.

Let's take three collective breaths to enjoy this two-way rhythm of life.

On your next exhale,

Exclude all of the air out of your lungs.

Now breathe deeply into the nose,

Into the belly.

And release.

Another deep inhale in through the nose,

Into the belly.

And release.

And on this last inhale,

I want you to hold at the top and tense every muscle in your body.

Deep inhale and hold,

Tensing,

Clenching your fingers,

Clenching your toes,

Tensing all the muscles and hold.

And on the exhale,

I want you to release it all.

And notice the sensation of your shoulders falling,

Your clenched fists opening and relaxing.

And now we are ready to transition from presence to gratitude.

How grateful are we to be able to feel the release of tension,

The release of physical tension from our bodies,

The release of emotional tension,

Mental tension.

So grateful for the release,

The inward and outward flow of life that as I get life,

Receive it,

I release that which builds up within me that no longer serves.

So grateful to have ears to hear and sight to see.

So grateful that even beyond my eyes,

There is a vision.

And with this vision,

I see spirit.

I see spirit as all that is expressed around me spirit as the one that expresses itself as the many,

The one source,

The one unmanifested potential that expresses as me,

As you,

As the infinite collective of humans and animal and insect and fish and particle.

So grateful to be able to see this oneness in all things.

And I'm able to know that where there is spirit,

There is the fullness of spirit.

Spirit is in its fullness right here as me.

Meaning here as me,

The love that spirit is as present as me,

The joy that spirit is,

Is present as my potential.

All this spirit is exists as a potential for me to be and embody.

And as it is true for me,

It is true for you.

It is true for the collective.

It is true for each and every one of us.

And so I claim today a realization of my true self.

I realize that if I am one with this creative intelligence,

If I am one with the fullness of spirit,

Then I realize that my path is ordained.

I realize that my word becomes my reality as spirit's word becomes reality.

I realize that I have the power to speak my life into existence and so I speak and ordain over my life.

The heart of spirit,

The vision of spirit,

The compassion of spirit,

The grace of spirit.

May we be embodiments of all that spirit is in this lifetime.

As it is possible and true for me,

It is true for each and every one of you.

The beautiful thing about prayer is that it is a collective happening on behalf of the individual.

It is an individual prayer on behalf of the collective.

It is both at the same time.

I change my life and I change your life and I change the collective with each word spoken because I am one with spirit,

One with the creative power.

As am I,

As are you.

So grateful to know that this prayer activates love and joy and peace and happiness in our lives.

So grateful to know that I am planting the seeds of a spiritual embodiment that out pictures peace in all lands.

That I am experiencing a spiritual embodiment that expresses itself as joy in all moments,

As love in all circumstances,

As peace in all people,

Places and positions.

So grateful to know that I am experiencing an embodiment of God that amplifies the embodiment of God that others experience.

Grateful to know that this is true for those in the vibration of my voice.

That they too,

You too are experiencing such an embodiment of yourself that it amplifies the embodiment of the spirit that everyone is.

So grateful to know that we are so glorified that we glorify the very space that we are in.

That we glorify the God that is within others.

So grateful to know this is my truth and that this is the truth of our being.

I claim this reality for us.

I claim this reality for the collective.

May the God in each and every one of us amplify the God in each and every one of us.

May the joy in each and every one of us amplify the joy in one another.

May the peace and love that exists within each individual,

Each breathing sentient thing amplify by its very existence the joy and peace and love in every other being.

And we are on this ride of ascension because I say and so it is.

And I release this prayer into the law of life knowing that it is whisked away on the eathers and wind of spirit to circle back as my reality and the reality of us all.

And it is with thanksgiving that I release this prayer knowing that it is done because I say and so it is.

Amen.

Allowing for the next few moments of silence.

May the prayer sink into our very bones.

Peace from peace,

Joy from joy,

Love from love.

I love you.
