Just taking some time to bask in gratitude.
To bubble up and feel ourselves with gratitude.
Notice the breath flowing in and out of your lungs.
Notice the ears that you are hearing with.
Notice the body that houses you.
I am so grateful for such a vessel as this body.
I am so grateful to be housed in such a temple.
So grateful that this temple is home to the divine me.
It is home to the divine you.
So grateful that this temple works on my behalf,
Works for me,
Works with me.
I am so grateful for the breath.
I'm so grateful for my heart.
I'm so grateful for my lungs.
I'm so grateful for my legs.
I'm so grateful for my eyes.
I'm so grateful for all of this body.
Can you feel that gratitude for having a body?
For having a body that allows you to experience the wonders of life?
So grateful that I have a body that allows me to experience the wonders of life.
And I know that this body is connected to spirit.
This body is infused with spirit.
Every drop of blood,
Every follicle of hair,
Every skin cell,
Every muscle fiber,
Every tissue is infused with the love and the power and the reality of spirit.
And I know that the reality of spirit is love.
It is healing.
It is wholeness.
It is perfect.
And so this body,
This body is a reflection and a representation of wholeness,
Of completeness.
Because the fullness of God is in this body right now,
Present right here.
And as it is true for me,
It is true for you.
The fullness of God,
The fullness,
The virtuous fullness of God is present in and as your body because your body is attached to your spirit and your spirit is one with God.
Your body is one with your spirit.
And so your body is one with God.
So grateful that the collective,
That the collective body of humanity,
That the body of this earth from which all our bodies are made is connected with spirit,
Is one with spirit,
Is a piece in a parcel of spirit.
So grateful for my body and the collective body of God.
I realize that because our bodies are connected with God,
Because our bodies are representations of the true us,
The spirit that we are,
Our bodies cannot help but to be healed right now.
Miraculous healing is due for me.
And as it is due for me,
It is due for you.
It is due for your loved ones.
It is due for the entire collective.
Miraculous healing be activated in the DNA of the collective.
There is only perfect blood flow.
There is only perfect muscle building.
There is only perfect digestion.
There is only perfect excretion.
There is only perfect assimilation.
There is only perfectness,
Wholeness,
Completeness.
May your body be made whole as your spirit is whole,
As your spirit is perfect.
So grateful to know that this is my reality,
That this is the promise of me being one with God,
That the promise of me and you and us all being one with God is the promise of everlasting health and everlasting happiness and everlasting wholeness in body,
Mind and spirit.
And so may that promise be actualized in our lives now,
Knowing that we are working with a instantaneous,
Timeless God.
It takes no time for God to accomplish perfection.
It is already perfection.
You are already perfection.
This is true for me.
It is true for the collective.
Every single person that you hold in your consciousness,
You hold in the perfection of God.
You are held in the perfection of God.
Your body is molded as the perfection of God as it is now,
As it is now.
God is a God of now.
As you are now,
You are perfect.
That does not mean you cannot change,
But it means you are going from perfection to perfection from this version of perfection to the next version of perfection.
That is the reality of you.
It is the reality of me.
It is the reality of these bodies,
These temples that house us from perfection to perfection,
From wholeness to wholeness,
From bigger to bigger,
From perfect to even more perfect.
Grateful to know that this is the reality,
That this is the only thing that can be true because God is the only thing that is real and because God is the only thing that is real,
It is the only one.
There are no obstructions.
There are no other.
God is the one where there cannot be two and so this is the truth where there cannot be lies.
I am the truth where there cannot be lies.
Wholeness is my truth and it is true for me and you and every single person that we love.
That is the promise that we are due,
Family.
That is the promise of this lifetime.
Perfection,
Wholeness,
Love,
Happiness,
Health,
Wealth,
Abundance,
Prosperity because these are the things that are one with God,
The virtues of God.
These are our birth rights,
Our inheritance as the children of spirit,
A perfect body,
Mind and soul.
So grateful that my perfection is being reflected right now.
So grateful that I am evolving into an even greater and even more expansive and even clearer reflection of the perfection that God is as me.
A clearer reflection of the most indwelling God that is within me,
That is the same God that is within you,
That is the same God that is within your family,
That is within your friends,
That is within your enemies.
May my enemies be blessed with perfection because I know that there really is no enemy when there is only one God.
How can there be two when there is only one?
And we may be on opposing sides of a spectrum,
But we are all one in the same God and so I want my enemies to be just as blessed as I am because they are one with God as I am.
And if they can be blessed,
I know I can be blessed.
May your enemies be blessed as you are blessed because it shows you that God has blessings for everyone,
Including yourself,
That God is a reflection of perfection in everyone,
Including yourself.
I give praise and thanksgiving knowing that I can release this prayer with the utmost faith that it is done unto me.
It has been done unto me.
And this prayer is the affirmation of its achievement over me,
Its achievement as me.
Because the law of life and the love of God makes it so,
Family,
Makes it so for me,
Makes it so for you.
Thank you,
Spirit.
Thank you,
God.
Thank you,
Divine.
Thank you to the most high.
I give praise.
I give so much praise to the God in me and the God in you for channeling its perfection clearly through us.
And so it is and so we are and so I am and so we shall forever be.

May it vibrate the atoms of your being to a higher level.
Take the next few breaths and feel the activation of spirit.
The activation of this affirmation of your transformation from perfection to perfection.
