Affirmative Prayer Of Personal Expansion

This affirmative prayer is an affirmation of personal expansion in all areas of life--mental, physical, financial, and spiritual. In this episode, I briefly teach the six steps of affirmative prayer and then move into the actual practice. Please enjoy.

Welcome back family to another episode of Love Undiluted,

The podcast of spiritual wisdom.

Today marks the first day of our prayer series as we transition from season one to season two of the podcast.

And so we'll be spending the next two weeks devoting this podcast to the art,

The science,

And the practice of affirmative prayer.

Let's get in sync by taking three deep breaths together.

Pushing all the air out of your lungs.

Breathing deeply in through the nose and into the belly.

And release.

Another deep breath into the nose,

Into the belly.

And release.

Third one in through the nose,

Filling up that beautiful belly.

And release.

I love sharing spaces of prayer with people in any form or fashion.

And so this series is really special to me and I'm grateful to be able to share it with you all.

You've heard me pray on every episode.

Affirmative prayer is the practice of this podcast.

And so affirmative prayer is not a beseeching or a begging prayer.

It affirms your unity with the one source of all life right here and now.

It is a renewal of your mind.

So you are renewing your mind with the power of your tongue so that you are refreshed in your thinking.

You are thinking you have a mental outlook of divinity instead of victimhood.

You have a mental outlook of I can instead of I can't.

It is a renewal so that your thoughts are constructive instead of destructive.

Because thinking is creative.

And so you want to create constructively.

You don't want to create destruction,

At least not aimlessly.

There are six steps to the affirmative prayer that I practice.

I learned this way of praying through taking classes at the Agape International Spiritual Center.

I highly suggest you take their classes.

They will change your life.

The formula is as followed.

Step one,

Gratitude.

Step two,

Recognition.

Step three,

Unification.

Step four,

Realization.

Step five,

Thanksgiving.

Step six,

Release.

I'm not going to go too deep on to what each step entails.

You are more than welcome to take the workshops that my sister and I put on for people to learn this transformative practice.

And also I highly,

Highly encourage you to take some classes through Agape.

And so I just wanted to give you that framework so that you can have more of a prepared ear as we move directly into prayer.

This episode will be the only episode with this much talking throughout this series.

The rest of the episodes will be having our moment of presence and then we'll go right in to the practice.

Let's just take a moment to focus our attention on our breath.

Feeling the breath flowing in and out of your belly,

Really getting back into presence as we start this practice,

This powerful,

Life changing practice.

And I invite you to really cultivate a feeling tone of deep gratitude,

Feeling grateful in this moment for the knowledge and the ability and the want to pray and share prayer with the world.

Thank you,

Spirit,

For this power that you have given each and every one of us that you have given me.

I'm so grateful that not only do I have the ability to pray,

But that you have put it on my heart,

God,

To pray as often as I possibly can with as many people as I possibly can and to share this practice with the world.

God,

Thank you.

Thank you for everything that you continue to do in through and as me.

Thank you for using me as a vessel through which the practice of prayer is brought to the many.

God,

I give gratitude in this now moment for the breath in my lungs,

For the walls that house me in this right now moment.

Thank you for a beating heart.

I am so grateful for this body temple that houses me no matter where I am.

Thank you,

Spirit.

I recognize in this now moment that God,

You are the one power,

The one presence,

The one creative intelligence,

The one divine blueprint at the back of all things,

Including my life.

My life is a creation of the Most High.

My life is a creation that is backed by the blueprint of God.

And God,

You are perfect.

You are whole.

You are complete.

You are fulfilled.

God,

There is nothing imperfect,

Incorrect or incomplete about you.

And I am so grateful to know that I am completely unified with you in this moment because you are the one power,

The one presence that is present as everything.

You must be present in this moment as me.

You must be the reality of Tremon.

And because you are the reality of me,

You must be the reality of everyone listening.

You must be the reality of each and every human being,

Each and every insect,

Each and every blade of grass,

Each and every whiff of breeze.

Thank you,

Spirit,

For being the reality of everything that I know,

Love,

See,

Hear,

Touch,

Taste.

God,

You are the fullness of life in the right now moment,

And I cannot praise your name enough.

God,

Thank you.

Thank you for being present in the right now moment,

For breathing life into each and every one of us.

God,

You're breathing courage,

You're breathing revitalizing breath into our bodies so that every orifice is a portal that praises your name.

Thank you,

Spirit.

I know this must be true in the right now moment.

Completely unified with your perfection,

Completely unified with your divine plan,

Completely unified with the orchestration of all of life.

And because I am one with God,

I realize in this moment that I must be one with everything that God is.

I must be one with limitless potential.

I must be one with infinite possibilities.

I must be one with the source of all life,

Meaning I am one with the source of abundance.

I am abundance.

I am perfection.

I am divinity.

And as it is true for me,

It is true for every person listening now.

God,

This word that I speak is a law of amplification,

A law of expansion,

So that each and every person listening has an expanded awareness of their oneness with the true living God.

I realize that peace is present now,

Reigning down in through and as each and every one person on the planet.

I realize that abundance is the reality of your life,

Your body,

Your relationships,

Your bank account.

Thank you,

Spirit,

For blessing your children,

For blessing us in the right now moment.

I realize that this must be true.

It must be already accomplished because,

God,

You are complete.

You are complete.

You are whole.

And so must be each and every one of us.

So must be my dreams.

So must be heaven on earth,

Complete and present now.

And so I give thanks.

Thank you,

Spirit.

Thank you so much.

I give thanks knowing that everything that I said was true before I even spoke it.

And I did not have to say a word.

But the words that I speak are a law of creation and manifestation,

Not only for myself,

But for every single person in the resonance of God.

That would be everyone.

That would be right now.

And so it is with Thanksgiving and full faith that I release this prayer without a shadow of a doubt into the law of creation,

Knowing that by the love of God and the law of God,

It is done as I speak it.

I release this prayer by saying,

And so it is.

And so be it.

Amen.

Aho.

Ashe.

Peace from peace,

Family.

Joy from joy and love from absolute undiluted love.
