And we will be affirming goodness over our lives.

Let's get in sync by taking three deep breaths together.
Pushing all the air out of your lungs.
Breathing deeply in through the nose and into the belly.
And release.
Another deep breath in through the nose,
Into the belly.
And release.
Third one in through the nose,
Filling up that beautiful belly.
Third one in through the nose,
Filling up that beautiful belly.
Mmm,
I am so grateful in this right now moment to begin again in prayer.
To begin again in renewing my mind.
To begin again in affirming the goodness of God in the right now moment.
Thank you spirit.
Thank you,
I am so grateful in this now moment that we all get to feel the sensation of being filled with the breath of life.
That we get to feel the sensation of our hearts beating.
This beat that does not stop because it is always being energized and activated by the presence of God in the right now moment.
Thank you.
Thank you spirit.
Thank you God.
Thank you Jehovah.
Thank you Allah.
Thank you Krishna.
Thank you for this opportunity to recognize you as the one power in the one presence of life.
The one creative intelligence.
The one origin,
Originator.
The one original cause.
The one source from which all things flow.
God I recognize you as this.
I recognize you as the one where there cannot be two.
God there is only you and nothing else.
You are the fundamental unit of life.
And because you are all there is,
Because you are the only thing in the midst,
The only thing in the mix,
The only ingredient of any situation and circumstance.
I know that you must be in this now moment the totality of my life.
You must be the fullness of my life.
And because it is true for me,
It is true for each and every individual listening,
Each and every living,
Breathing,
Being in the mind and the presence of God now.
Spirit,
You are good.
You are good.
And because I and we are one with you,
One with you,
Completely unified and integrated into you.
I know that we in this now moment are and must be and will forever be an expression of your goodness.
God,
You are the only power in the world.
And because you are good,
Goodness is the only power that is in action as my life.
I am an unfolding of the goodness of God.
We are an expression and an emanation of the essential and eternal unyielding undiluted love and goodness of the most high God now.
I'm so grateful to realize that because God is good and that I am one with God,
That we are one with God.
That everything about us,
Every situation and every circumstance is working out for our greatest good.
That only good is coming into our life.
Spirit,
Continue to be the power of goodness that is the divine orchestrator of every situation and every circumstance.
Spirit,
Thank you.
I welcome you into my heart even more.
I welcome you into the hearts of humankind even more.
May we be welcomed hosts to your goodness.
May you continue to flood our souls,
Our minds,
Our bodies with the goodness of your presence.
I know this to be true.
I realize in this moment that because we are expressions of God,
We are expressions of good.
And I give thanks.
I give thanks in the right now moment to the most high God,
The most high good.
Knowing that all things are originated from the goodness of the most high.
And so all things,
No matter how they appear,
Are essentially the goodness of the glory of the most high in the right now moment.
Spirit,
I thank you.
And I release this prayer,
I release this affirmation of eternal goodness in through and as the life of your children,
That would be everyone listening and everyone beyond.
Knowing that goodness is about to burst forth in their lives,
In our lives.
And so I say,
And so it is that life is good.
And so it is that goodness is the law of my life.
And so it is that goodness is the fundamental expression of me and all things.
I release this prayer into the ever capable hands of God,
Knowing that it is fulfilled.
And so it is.
And so be it.

Joy from joy and love from absolute love.
Today's prayer is inspired by an oracle card that I pulled from my deck.
It was called goodness.
And I'll read you the affirmation.
I refine my character and overcome difficulties by remaining positive.
I calm my heart and illuminate my intellect to transform shadow into light.
I consciously manifest goodness in and around me.
I improve my qualities for the benefit of all.
