This meditation is a visualization to achieve the goals that you have set out for yourself.

In this moment I encourage you to sit or lie down wherever feels most comfortable and allow your eyes to gently close.

We'll take a slow big breath in together and when you're ready exhale and relax.

Allow your body to melt into whatever is underneath you and release any tension you may be holding in your body,

In your face.

And together we'll take another slow breath in and release when you feel ready,

Exhale.

I encourage you to allow your mind to think about a goal that you would like to achieve.

See it in your mind's eye,

Notice where you are,

Notice what's around you and see yourself doing or achieving what it is that you have set out to do or to achieve.

Allow the happy story to play in your mind and notice yourself in the story achieving the goal that you have set out to achieve.

Allow yourself to feel what it feels like to be in this moment of achieving what you've set out to achieve.

Allow yourself to feel how good it feels,

How happy you are and how fulfilling this is.

Continue to allow this beautiful story to play out in your mind.

You may play it over and over again if you wish.

Allow yourself to achieve in your mind's eye what it is you are seeking to achieve.

At the same time connect with the emotions that come with this achievement.

We'll now end this meditation by bringing ourselves back to the present moment,

Keeping your eyes closed and your body relaxed.

And together we'll take a slow breath in and exhale.

Inhale.

One more together,

Slow breath in and exhale.

You may better open your eyelids gently,

Bringing yourself back to the room around you.

Wriggle your fingers,

Wriggle your toes and bring yourself back to the present moment,

Knowing that at any time you can take your mind to what it is that you'd like to achieve.

Allow your mind to see the goal that you'd like to achieve in your mind's eye and allow yourself to feel what it feels like.

Beautiful day ahead,

Achieving everything you have set out to achieve.
