Hello and welcome to this morning's chakra affirmation practice.
Today we'll be centred on the heart chakra.
We will focus on opening and balancing this chakra,
The chakra of love,
Compassion and emotional healing.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down with your spine straight.
Gently soften and close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Releasing any tension you feel in your body.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to the centre of your chest,
Where your heart chakra resides.
This is the energy centre that allows us to give and receive love,
Connect with others and experience compassion for ourselves and the world around us.
Now,
Repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud,
Allowing each one to awaken the energy of your heart chakra.
I am open to giving and receiving love.
Love flows freely from my heart.
I embrace unconditional love for myself and others.
I attract loving and compassionate energy.
My heart is a powerful source of compassion and kindness.
I forgive and release any past hurt.
I am worthy of love and I radiate love in all that I do.
I am worthy of love and I radiate love in all that I do.
My heart is filled with joy and gratitude.
I trust in the healing power of love.
I am connected to the infinite love of the universe.
I open my heart to deeper relationships,
Compassion and understanding.
Love guides my thoughts,
Actions and decisions.
Feel the energy of these affirmations filling your heart centre,
Allowing it to open fully.
Envision a soft green light glowing at your heart chakra,
Expanding outward with each breath.
This light radiates peace,
Love,
Compassion and it touches every part of your being.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Feel your heart growing lighter and lighter and even more open with each breath,
Letting go of any past pain or fear and welcoming love and joy into your life.
When you are ready,
Slowly bring your attention back to the room.
Wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Feeling the sensations and softness in your body and when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.

Kindness and compassion for yourself and others.
