Notice your connection to the ground.

Take some deep breaths and let yourself relax.
Notice any expectations you are holding on to.
Notice any predictions that you are making.
Notice how your expectations and predictions take your energy and focus out of this present moment and into the future,
Where you cannot directly influence events or navigate situations.
Let go of expectations and predictions and bring your energy and focus back to this present moment where you can directly influence events and navigate situations and trust that you will receive what you need,
Which may be different than what you expected or predicted.
Move your awareness to your thoughts.
Notice all of the thoughts that come and go in and out of your awareness.
Notice that you can choose which thoughts to embrace and give energy to and which thoughts to let go.
Recognize which thoughts would be helpful to you and to those around you if you embraced them and gave them energy,
And which thoughts would be problematic.
Any thoughts that will not serve you,
Let them go.
Bring your awareness back to your connection with the ground.
Take some deep breaths and when you're ready,
Open your eyes and return to this space.
