Hello.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhale.
Exhale.
If you've been feeling tired,
Overwhelmed,
Or mentally heavy,
You are not failing.
Your body may just need gentleness.
Place one hand on your chest,
One hand on your stomach.
Breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly.
Notice the rise.
Notice the fall.
Scripture says,
Be still and know that I am God.
Let yourself be still right here.
You don't have to solve anything in this moment.
You don't have to prove anything.
Just breathe.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Imagine God's peace settling over your nervous system like a warm blanket.
If your thoughts wander,
Gently return to the breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
You are safe in this moment.
You are supported.
You are allowed to rest.
Take one final slow breath in and release gently.
When you're ready,
Softly open your eyes.
