Find a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to settle into a state of ease.

Close your eyes gently,

Inviting a sense of stillness into your being.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs with revitalizing air,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Picture yourself in a serene,

Tranquil space.

You stand at the edge of a lush forest.

Envision the sunlight filtering through the trees,

Casting gentle rays of warmth upon you.

Feel the earth beneath your feet,

Grounding and supporting you.

With each breath,

Visualize inhaling a soft,

Calming light.

Let this light flow through your body,

Soothing every muscle and quieting every thought.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing any stress,

Doubts,

Or worries,

Allowing them to dissipate into the air.

Now,

Imagine walking along a serene path within the forest.

With each step,

You feel a sense of ease and tranquility washing over you.

Along the path,

You encounter a series of doors,

Each one representing a part of your journey towards inner peace,
