Feel your body relaxing,

And feel it in your head,
Calming the mind,
Quieting down the chatter of the mind.
And as you lay in bed and you feel your breath slowly flowing in and flowing out of your body,
Feel your body in complete relaxation,
Complete surrender,
Free from any tension,
The mind free from stress,
From worries,
Complete peace has entered your system.
Rest in it,
Bathe in this light,
Allow yourself to surrender completely to it,
The stillness,
And enjoy it,
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation,
