Hi,
This is Teresa Conte and welcome to Day 30 of 30 Days of Gratitude to Inspire and Uplift You.
Thank you so much for joining me on this 30th and final day of the program as we wrap up the 30-day series.
And thanks so much for your participation throughout the month of September.
Of course,
The program will remain live for anyone who's new to the series or wishes to repeat it.
Today,
I'd like to share some closing thoughts with you.
But first,
As always,
I'd like to begin with a quote.
This one comes from Mandy Ingber.
She said,
Have gratitude for all that you have and you can be happy exactly as you are.
And now,
A thought to ponder.
No matter what's going on in our lives,
Whether we're riding the waves of happiness or experiencing life's challenges,
We can choose to focus on gratitude and grow an inner sense of love,
Safety,
And satisfaction.
Simple tools like stopping to appreciate beauty,
The taste of a morning cup of coffee or tea,
Or a smile from a stranger can remind us that we are loved,
Cared for,
And can enjoy life's simple pleasures.
The month-long gratitude series has included inspiring quotes which in themselves can elicit feelings of gratitude as we contemplate their meanings and how to apply them to our lives.
Guided meditations using the tools of positive neuroplasticity,
Among others,
To grow inner resources of love,
Peace,
Satisfaction,
Safety,
Happiness,
And belonging,
Among others.
And talks filled with ideas,
Practices,
And suggestions to deepen our relationships with loved ones and friends,
Build new connections,
And create harmony within ourselves and the world around us.
Just like we're reading a book,
Watching a show for the second or maybe third time,
Or we're listening to a talk,
Repeating the 30-day program,
Listening to the tracks you may have missed or would like to hear again,
Will enhance your experience as you will likely hear something new or at a deeper level.
As Dr.
Robert Emmons,
A leading researcher in the field of gratitude,
Has said,
Gratitude is not easy.
It is not something that comes naturally but has to be worked at.
It has to be cultivated.
It goes far beyond saying thank you.
It's deeper than that.
It can be a really fundamental way of viewing life,
An orientation toward life itself.
If you found the series or a particular track beneficial,
Please leave a review as others may find it helpful and be guided to listen as well.
With that,
I wish you a heart full of gratitude that overflows with love,
Peace,
Happiness,
And well-being.
Wishing you a most wonderful day.
With love,
Teresa.
