Transcript

To Rooted Serenity,

A guided meditation for grounding and stability.

Please sit comfortably in a position that feels supportive.

When you feel ready,

Softly close your eyes or lower your gaze,

Beginning to take this inward journey from activity to silence.

Allow your awareness to settle into the breath,

Noticing its effortless flow without forcing or controlling it.

Now bring your attention to the heart center,

The center of your chest,

And notice the breath from this place.

Now let's shift into the silent repetition of your personal mantra.

Silently repeat the mantra inside your mind,

Allowing it to change naturally.

As you silently repeat the mantra,

Imagine yourself as a tree firmly rooted in the earth.

Feel your feet firmly planted on the ground,

Sensing the stability and strength beneath you.

Visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Deepening into the earth's core.

Breathe deeply and imagine drawing up nourishment from the earth through these roots.

Feel the energy rising through your body,

Filling you with a sense of solidity and support.

And with each breath,

Allow this grounding energy to flow upward,

Anchoring you in the present moment.

Your mind may drift away from the mantra to a thought,

A sound in the environment,

Or a sensation in the body.

Whenever your mind drifts,

Gently return to the silent repetition of the mantra and visualize the rootedness of a tree.

Continue the silent repetition and visualization of your mantra.

If you do not have a personal mantra,

You may use the soul hum mantra,

Inhaling soul,

Exhaling hum.

As you continue the silent repetition and visualization,

Feeling any tension or unease melting away,

Replaced by a profound connection to the stability and resilience of the earth beneath you.

I will mind the time and ring a soft shine when it's time to stop repeating your mantra.

Enjoy your meditation.

Now,

Please stop repeating your mantra and keep your eyes closed.

As we prepare to conclude,

Begin to deepen your breath,

Taking in a deeper inhale and exhalation,

Perhaps gently wiggling your fingers and toes as you begin to bring your awareness back into the room.

Carry this sense of rootedness and stability with you.

The divine light in me honors the divine light within you.

Namaste.
