Welcome to seaside stillness a guided meditation for calm waters find a comfortable position allowing yourself to settle into a relaxed state when you're ready gently close your eyes or soften your gaze begin by tuning into your breath following its natural rhythm as it flows in and out imagine yourself sitting on a serene beach feeling the warmth of the Sun on your skin and the gentle breeze around you picture this vast expanse of the ocean before you its surface calm and tranquil as you inhale visualize the incoming tide the waves gently approaching the shore feel the sensation of the waves as they touch the sand then recede back into the ocean as you exhale let this synchronized rhythm of breath and waves anchor you in the present moment with each inhale envision the waves rolling in carrying a sense of peace and tranquility and as you exhale feel any tension or worry being carried away with the receding waves embrace this ebb and flow allowing it to lull you into a deeper state of relaxation imagine yourself merging with the ocean feeling connected to its vastness visualize your thoughts and emotions as ripples on the surface of the water gently moving and then dissipating embrace the stillness that beneath the surface a calm and serene space within you if your mind wanders to thoughts or distractions acknowledge them like passing waves and gently guide your focus back to the image of the peaceful ocean and your breath continue to breathe in sync with the rhythm of the waves feeling more grounded and at peace with each cycle allow the ocean soothing energy to wash over you leaving you feeling refreshed and centered please begin repeating your personal mantra if you do not have a personal mantra you may repeat so hum so on the inhalation and hum on the exhalation so please continue meditating I'll watch the time and let you know when we should finish enjoy your meditation more as we conclude this meditation take a few deep breaths gradually bringing your awareness back to the present moment feel the sensations in your body and the gentle rise and fall of your breath when you feel ready slowly open your eyes carrying the tranquility of the ocean within you let's bow to the world in all the souls in this beautiful world we inhibit sending out the blessing to everyone namaste namaste namaste I recognize the divinity within you which is also the divinity within me namaste
