This meditation is perfect for if you feel stuck, or heavy emotional energy and you're not quite sure what you're feeling or where it's coming from -- or anxiety is weighing heavy on your heart. This meditation will allow you to meet this energy and release it with love. This meditation invites you into a conversation with your inner child and allows for unexpressed emotions to be held and released with love. Our inner child consciousness can be a very helpful area to explore, but it must be done very gently. This has been one of the most healing types of meditation on my journey, and I hope you enjoy it!
