Hello friends,
I'm Christina and today we are going to be doing a meditation that will connect you to the energy of the High Priestess.
This meditation brings about this energy of the High Priestess who is a symbol of wisdom,
Of deep intuition and of inner knowing.
This will help foster a sense of deep self-awareness,
Divine connection and deeper trust in your inner guidance.
So if you are ready to begin,
Just sit comfortably or lie down and close your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath in,
Releasing any tension in your body.
As you breathe deeply and connect to your breath,
To this life force energy,
Feel yourself growing more and more relaxed.
In this moment you are at peace,
There is nothing to do,
There is nothing but breathing and connecting to your heart.
I'm now going to count you into a deeper,
Healthier level of the mind.
With each number that you hear me say,
You will hear and feel yourself going deeper and deeper,
Relaxing more and more.

Deeper than before.
I want you to imagine that above you is a beautiful crystal light that comes about 300 feet above your head.
It's iridescent in color and it's shining,
Opening up your crown chakra,
Pouring down into your third eye chakra,
Your throat chakra,
Into your heart,
Into your solar plexus chakra,
Your sacral chakra,
And your root chakra.
Traveling down now deep into the core of the earth and connecting there.
Now this energy bounces back up,
Up through your feet,
Up through your legs,
Through your torso and into your heart,
So you are connected from above and below.
Now let this light shine out throughout your whole body,
Bigger than the room that you are in.
Bigger than the city that you are in,
Bigger than the state that you are in,
Bigger than the country.
I need you to picture this light covering the entire planet.
You are now connected to your deepest connection of your consciousness,
The energy of the divine.
May this light ground and protect you as it surrounds your body.
And we set the intention in this moment to call upon the energy of the high priestess,
The guardian of wisdom,
Of intuition and divine inner knowing.
May her beautiful nurturing presence guide us to our inner truths and find peace within.
And so it is.
Now I want you to imagine that you are walking along a moonlit path.
The air around you is calm and warm and filled with the scent of beautiful flowers.
Feel the warmth of the air on your skin.
Feel the ground under your feet,
The soft grass.
And look ahead of you.
Ahead lies a beautiful temple,
Glowing softly under the light of the crescent moon,
Which symbolizes intuition within and the divine feminine.
Begin walking towards this shining,
Glowing temple,
The beautiful stone columns beckoning you closer.
As you walk through these beautiful columns and feel the cool floor under your feet,
You look ahead and you see this beautiful,
Serene,
Luminous figure,
The high priestess herself.
She is clothed in robes of light blue and silver,
Her hair flowing gently around her.
Her energy is nurturing,
Calm and infinitely wise.
She radiates an energy of unconditional love and a deep connection to universal truth.
Imagine that this beautiful high priestess lifts her hand and motions that you come with.
And in front of her is a beautiful little silver cushion on the floor.
As you sit in front of her,
Visualize that you are enveloped in her soft,
Silvery light.
And her presence fills the entire space of this large temple with tranquility,
Creating a deep sense of both safety and calm.
Now imagine that this beautiful,
Gentle high priestess smiles and kneels before you.
She gently places her hands over your third eye,
Your crown,
And your heart chakra.
As she holds her hand to your heart,
Receive this beautiful energy infusion of deep inner wisdom.
Of inner knowing,
Of compassion and of balance.
Feel this beautiful light force coming from her hands into your heart directly.
And as you hear this beautiful language,
Just absorb this energy of deeper knowing,
Of connecting to your own inner wisdom.
As you breathe into this beautiful energy and absorb it into your body,
Affirm now,
I am connected to my inner wisdom.
I trust the divine guidance within me.
And just allow in this moment this energy infusion to help you release any doubts,
Any fears,
Any burdens into the light.
As this high priestess emanates this beautiful golden,
Silver,
Iridescent light,
Feel all the doubt,
The worry just being absorbed by her energy and transmuted and sent back into the earth.
You can feel her energy shifting anything that you may have carried that you are ready to release in this moment.
And this beautiful,
Beautiful energy infusion is working to replenish your soul,
Filling you with trust,
Deeper intuition and self-love.
Now imagine that the high priestess stands,
And she invites you to stand with her.
And you recognize this beautiful woman.
She is you.
She mirrors your own reflection completely.
You recognize in this moment that her wisdom and nurturing energy has always been with you.
You are one.
Imagine that you hold her hands,
And you absorb this beautiful,
Silver,
Iridescent light.
And as you feel this beautiful energy being sent around you to embody this energy of the high priestess,
Affirm now,
I am the keeper of my inner wisdom.
My intuition guides me with clarity and with love.
Whenever you're ready,
You can bow gently and thank the high priestess for her guidance and the opportunity to connect with her energy,
With your energy,
And imagine her bowing back.
And as you leave this sacred space,
Walk gently out of the temple.
Feel this beautiful energy glowing within.
This power of connection that has always been with you has been reignited.
You may feel tingling in your heart chakra,
Your third eye,
Your crown,
Or elsewhere in your body.
Pay attention to the beautiful sensations in your body at this moment,
And recognize them as a gift.
As the temple gently fades and you're back on the moodland path,
Your heart feels full of the nurturing presence of the high priestess.
This intuition is with you always.
You are blessed.

You are divine.
