Welcome,
Lovely one.
As you settle into this moment,
Know that this is your time,
Your sacred pause beneath the glowing gaze of the full moon.
The April pink moon,
Named not for its colour,
But for the blossoming wildflowers of spring,
Invites us to soften,
To bloom and to reconnect with our hearts.
Let this be a space where you can lay down all that feels heavy and gently open to the light within and around you.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whether you're lying down,
Sitting on a cushion or nestled into your favourite cosy chair.
Allow your hands to rest gently,
Perhaps placing one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath,
The rise and fall like waves on a quiet shore.
Notice the sounds around you,
The sensation of the air on your skin and the quiet pulse of aliveness within you.
Allow each breath to anchor you here,
In this tender now.
Let us soften together.
Take a deep breath,
In through the nose and slowly sigh it out through the mouth.
Again,
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out any tension that you've been holding.
Begin to gently scan your body with your awareness,
From the crown of your head,
Down through your face,
Your neck and your shoulders.
With each exhale,
Imagine tension just melting away like the snow in the spring sun.
Softening the chest,
The belly,
The hips,
The thighs,
All the way down to your toes.
You are safe to soften,
You are held.
And imagine now that you are standing in a moonlit meadow.
The grass beneath your feet is soft,
Sprinkled with tiny pink flowers,
Glowing silver under the full moonlight.
You feel the air,
Cool and sweet with the scent of blossom.
The moon above is full and bright,
Casting a silvery pink glow that seems to illuminate not just the land,
But something within you.
As you begin to walk slowly through this meadow,
Notice a small path leading you to a circular grove of trees.
At the centre of the grove,
There is an ancient stone circle,
Each stone etched with symbols of hearts and spirals.
This is your sacred space,
Your moon temple.
And in the centre,
A pool of moonlit water glows like liquid light.
You kneel beside it,
And as you gaze into the water,
You see not just your reflection,
But your truest self,
Radiant,
Open,
Whole.
Take a few breaths here,
Gazing into this sacred pool,
Allowing your heart to receive what it needs most right now.
It might be a message,
A feeling,
Or a knowing.
Trust whatever arises.
Now,
If you wish,
Gently place your hand on your heart once more,
And ask yourself softly,
What is blooming within me?
What am I ready to release under the light of this full moon?
What does my heart long to receive?
And stay here for a few more minutes,
In quiet reflection.
The moon sees you,
The earth holds you,
Your heart remembers.
You are allowed to dream,
To feel,
And to begin again.
And when you feel ready,
Begin to slowly rise from the stone circle,
Walking gently back through the meadow,
The path lit softly by moonlight.
Feel the earth beneath your feet,
The air on your skin,
The pink blossoms dancing in the breeze,
Whispering blessings as you pass.
With each step,
Bring a little more awareness back to the here and now.
Begin to notice your physical body again.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Roll your shoulders if it feels good,
And take a really big gentle stretch.
Take a deeper breath here,
Filling your lungs with life,
And as you exhale,
Feel your body rooted,
Calm,
And alive.
You might like to place your hands together at your heart,
Bowing gently to yourself for showing up,
For listening,
For blooming.
Thank you for taking this time beneath the pink full moon.
May the seeds you've planted bloom beautifully in the weeks to come.
May your heart stay soft,
Your path clear,
And your soul reminded of its light.
