Hello and welcome to this morning meditation.
I am Alden and I am honored to be here with you.
So I'm actually a VP in tech.
My days are so busy,
Like most of you.
And meditation in the morning is just my non-negotiable.
And I created this meditation.
It is one of my favorite things to do in the morning because it's quite simple,
But it is really profound and bringing me into my body,
Making me feel really grounded I am on a meditation cushion.
The most important thing for this meditation is actually that your spine is straight.
If you are more comfortable laying down,
That is okay.
For this visualization specifically,
Having your spine be straight up and down,
It's just easier,
Especially for the visualization part.
So find a comfortable seat.
And just start to bring a little movement to the body.
I've just.
.
.
Becoming aware of any tight spots anywhere that Might need a little extra attention today.
And then slowly becoming aware of the breath,
Not trying to change it,
Just becoming aware and tuning in.
Taking a deep breath in I want you to fill the belly.
And let it go effortlessly.
And again all the way into the belly.
And let it go.
Now I want you to become aware of the strong center line of energy.
Starting all the way from the top of your head down the back of your spine.
All the way to your tailbone.
And start to really bring your awareness and your breath.
Down to the tailbone.
The part of your body that is making contact with the ground.
And I want you to envision.
.
.
Like you are a tree.
Roots extending down from the tailbone into the earth.
Navigating through DIRTS as an extension of your energy body,
Feeling your energy actually pulsing through these roots.
And as you breathe in,
Watching that root system light up with more energy.
While you're feeling extra grounded from these roots.
I want you to drop a big wide energetic cable.
All the way from the tailbone,
All the way down into the center of the earth,
Into the middle of the core of the.
.
.
So dropping it down all the way through the dirt and the lava.
Feeling it connect into the center of the earth.
Feeling deeply held,
Deeply grounded,
Feeling your energy settle into your lower body.
And now I want you to scan your body for any tension.
As if you're sweeping down from the top of your head,
Grabbing any of the stress,
The to-do list,
The things you know are coming.
Sweeping those all the way down,
Scanning for any places of tightness.
I have some tightness in my jaw.
Shoulders,
Just sending all of that down.
Scanning down the body,
Feeling a little anxiety in my chest,
Sending that down as well.
A little tightness in my hips,
Sending that down as well and sending that all the way down,
That long cord of energy into the center of the earth.
Sending it down and feeling so much lighter in your body as we let go of all of that stuck energy.
Feeling it drop all the way down where Earth,
Herself,
And recycle that energy.
And she will send that purified energy back up that cord.
Feeling it hitting the bottom of your spine and rising all the way to the top of your head.
Want you to do this one more time so again starting at the top of the head with any thoughts that you need to send down any tension that you find as you come down through the jaw throat,
The shoulders,
The neck.
Chest,
Any emotions that are alive in the heart that are heavy or dense,
Sending them down.
Stomach Hips.
Legs send it all the way down to the core feeling lighter in your body.
And feeling as that energy is recycled down there and sent back up,
Breathing in,
Breathe all that energy back up.
All the way to the top of your head,
Feeling alive with grounded earth energy.
Now open up the crown chakra.
I like to picture it as if it's a flower opening her petals.
And now sending up a solar cord of energy all the way up.
To the center.
Of the universe.
Picturing this like a bright light.
Imagining this is the place where the whole Big Bang originated from,
Where Creator's energy itself is concentrated.
Feeling you plug that cord in as if it was a power cord being plugged into an outlet.
And again,
We're going to scan from the bottom up.
So from the legs,
Any areas of tightness.
Through the lower belly,
All the way up.
As you hit your solar plexus,
I'm feeling a little resistance around my power center,
Solar plexus chakra,
Grabbing that energy,
The heart space,
The throat,
Any tension,
Any thoughts that you want to be purified,
Sending them all the way up and pushing them up that cord.
All the way to creator's light.
This is the highest dimensional light we have access to.
Purifying light it is light of pure creation and creativity.
So now breathing down that purified energy.
Along with it bringing creator's light into the top of your head.
Feeling it purify the mind.
Any negative thoughts or any thoughts that aren't your own.
Sometimes we can be influenced by outside energies and outside thoughts.
Calling Creator's light into our body,
Filling our heads.
All the way to the top,
Down through the jaw,
Through the neck,
Filling our our chest and our heart space with this creator's energy filling our power center that solar plexus chakra feeling that star that power center shine even brighter all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Again,
Doing that scan of any other energy that might want to be purified through creator's light from the tips of your toes,
Knees.
Size.
All the way up your body lower stomach stomach heart space chest throat Mind.
Sending that energy up.
And then taking a deep breath in and as you do your.
.
.
Calling that energy back down along with creator's light.
Filling your head with this beautiful,
Purifying,
High-dimensional energy.
Down to your throat Heart space.
Solar plexus.
Second chakra.
All the way down.
Filling.
Well that center line of energy that is on the back of your body I feel it alive.
All the way down to your toes.
Just sitting there in that energy.
Feeling the support.
Of the earth energy and the rootedness that we created.
Your connection to earth.
As well as being held from above.
As you feel those cords of energy,
Can you almost feel like your spine is being elongated?
Your back might even crack a little bit.
Feeling you kind of being pulled and stretched and held in both directions.
Feeling connected to the body,
Feeling the aliveness of the energy that is moving through your body,
Moving through your chakras,
Moving through your spine.
And how the breath even illuminates and lights up that energy even more.
Taking a few breaths,
Just feeling at home in your body.
Perfect way to start the day.
Honoring yourself for showing up.
Now it's time to disconnect those cords.
So unplugging from.
.
.
That spot in the center of the universe and bringing that cord back in.
Closing up the crown chakra.
You giving thanks to creator's energy.
Purifying and enlivening us today.
Unplug from the core of the earth,
Pulling that cord back up.
Still feeling that energy pulsating through that center line,
Through the back body,
Through.
The spine all the way from the top of the head all the way down to your toes And now bringing a little bit of movement into the body.
See how that feels.
Maybe moving around a little bit in the hips.
Just wiggling the hands,
Moving the arms around a little bit.
Starting to open your eyes and take in the space.
Feeling really supported in this energy that you just brought into your body and the energy that was also released and purified both above and below.
This is one of my favorite meditations to do in the morning because of how it brings me into my body and it connects me.
Both to the earth,
Where I feel really grounded and supported to start my day,
As well as to this energy above.
Where I believe a lot of our creative energies and our intuition.
So we're right,
We're creating this bridge first thing in the morning,
Which is.
