Welcome to this meditation.

This is intended as a cord cutting ceremony where you are ready to cut the cord between you and a connection to someone where this connection no longer serves you.

I want you to find a comfortable seat with your spine straight up and down.

I want you to drop a cord of energy from the base of your spine deep into the earth,

Feeling supported and safe.

Start by taking a couple deep breaths in and out,

Breathing all the way down into your belly and releasing any tension in your body,

Any thoughts,

To-do's,

Let it all go.

As you close your eyes and settle in,

I want you to transport yourself to one of your favorite spots in nature.

It could be up by the beach,

A lake,

A forest,

A meadow,

Somewhere beautiful.

As you look off to the right,

You see a path.

Begin walking down this path slowly,

Taking in the scenery,

The sights,

The smells.

As you look ahead,

You see a guide.

One of your guides is here to help you with this ceremony.

This may be a guide you've worked with in the past,

Maybe someone brand new.

Slowly approach your guide,

Acknowledging them and sending them gratitude for their help in this process.

They begin leading you down this path further into a clearing,

Where you see waiting for you this person who you are ready to disconnect from.

I want you to walk towards this person until you're about 10 feet apart.

I want your guide to illuminate all of the cords that exist between you and this other person.

You should feel and sense a main cord that's connected from heart to heart,

But you might also see several other cords at the different energy centers and parts of your body,

Including the hands,

Often times we're connected sexually in the sacral,

Through the head and the mental energy,

Just without judgment,

Observing all of the connections and cords that exist.

And also observing the energetic flow between these cords of energy,

Are they out of balance?

Were you giving more than you were receiving?

And lastly,

Just taking inventory of the frequency of the feelings that you are receiving and giving through this cord.

Again,

Doing so with neutrality.

Do you feel love,

Confusion,

Anger,

Sadness?

It's okay to feel it all.

They're just frequencies of energy moving between you.

Now,

What I want you to do is I want you to turn down the dial,

Turning down the dial of energy that you are giving this person all the way down to zero.

As you turn that dial down,

You notice the energy of the cords slowly diminishing,

Disappearing until the energy is not flowing between those cords any longer.

And you notice that as you've turned that energy down,

The energy that you've been giving this person,

Whether conscious or subconsciously,

Is now returning to you.

It is powering you back up.

Breathe in and feel all of that energy pulsating through your body.

We ask your guide to shower you in light that neutralizes all of the frequencies of the energy as it returns to your system,

Returning it to its highest dimensional vibration,

Pure love,

Creator's light.

And now we ask your guide to cut all of those cords between you and this other person.

Watching as these cords wither and fall away,

Turning to dust,

And watching as your guide sends the remnants of all of those cords up to creator,

Feeling the freedom of no longer being connected energetically to this person.

And now we are going to release any energy that is actually still in your body,

That is there because of the relationship.

We will only be removing energy that does not serve you anymore.

If there was good that you were meant to hold on to because of this relationship,

You will.

This process will allow you to become even more in balance,

Your own energetic system and body,

And fully release this person,

The experiences you had,

Any trauma,

Any pain,

Release it back to the light where it belongs.

Bring your awareness to the very top of your head.

And I want you to actually open up your crown chakra like a flower.

And I want you to become aware of any connection that you have to this person's soul.

And I want you to work with your guide and ask for that connection,

Just like you turn the tile down,

The connection between your bodies here in this incarnation.

I want you to turn the dial down on that soul connection,

Any energy that does not serve you,

Acknowledging that this relationship chosen by your soul before you came was meant to be a mirror and the lesson and the contracts and the agreements that you have,

Have been played out.

I would like your guide to burn any contracts,

Agreements that no longer serve.

Releasing those contracts back to creator.

Now I want you to bring awareness into your mind.

I want you to scan your mental energy for any negative thought patterns that are there because of this person lies that they might've told manipulation that you might've felt any ways that they tried to control you through the manipulation of your thoughts.

I want you and your guide to cleanse the space by imagining warm,

Amber,

Liquid,

Crystal-like gold dripping down through the top of your head and cleansing all of those thoughts,

All of those manipulations,

All of those negative thought patterns,

Anywhere that they didn't make you feel strong or worthy.

The second that crystal hits that thought pattern,

It is neutralized.

Bring your awareness into your throat.

Often in relationships,

Communication can feel so damaging.

The words they said or didn't say,

The ways you wanted them to communicate,

But they didn't,

And the words that you wanted to say,

But you didn't.

What I want you to do is I want you to send all of those moments,

All of the disappointments and the words and I want you to package them up in a crystal that is held by your guide.

Send all of those moments on all of those timelines and all of those words on all of those timelines to your guide,

Into that crystal,

Feeling so much freedom in that throat space.

I want you to watch as your guide allows that crystal to float up into the creator's light.

I want you to let that golden liquid crystal feel like you're drinking hot tea with honey,

Just soothing your throat space and neutralizing any of that energy,

Filling any of those voids of the energy that was just released.

Now I want you to bring your awareness to your heart space.

I want you to fill up your chest with that liquid light,

Slowly dripping down and touching those frequencies of energy,

Of all of the emotions that you are able to experience with this person.

Giving thanks for the love,

The lessons,

But purifying your heart space of energy that no longer serves,

Releasing this person and that heart connection with gratitude and love.

Holding on to the good,

But letting go of any of the bad and returning it to creator.

Filling,

Feeling that golden light,

That golden crystal light,

Just be like nectar for the heart,

Nurturing it,

Making it feel protected and safe,

Reminding it that it's always safe to open up,

To love,

To experience your relationships because that's how you grow your ability to love bigger in the future.

Now I want you to bring your awareness down to your solar plexus.

This is the seat of your personal power and there are so many times in our relationships where we give our power to other people and I want you to call all of that power back right now.

Those moments on that timeline in that relationship where you gave your power away,

Where instead of saying no,

You said yes.

Call your power back now and watch it light up like a star in your belly area.

So bright.

And again,

Letting that crystal from the chest just drip down and as it hits that star,

That star lights up even brighter.

And now I want you to bring awareness down into the sacral,

The seat of the sexual energy.

You've had sexual energy exchange with this person.

Chances are the energy isn't just there,

But I want you to bring awareness to where you shared that energy and where they deposited that energy in you.

And I want you to sense from the sacral area all the way up your body.

Oftentimes this energy wraps around the spine.

I like to almost visualize it like a snake.

Do you feel that energy wrapped around you or any of your energy centers?

If so,

You and your guide are going to slowly unravel that and release it like a snake slowly unwinding its energy throughout your body.

I want you to release it,

Release it,

Release it,

Release it all the way down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down.

And as you take a deep breath in,

Can you feel lighter?

And I want you to allow that golden liquid crystal to fill anywhere in your body that that sexual energy of theirs left a void,

Fill it up,

Fill it all the way up with that crystal.

There's no emptiness,

Nothing left.

And now I want you to bring your awareness down to the base of your spine,

To your perineum,

To that point in your body where you are connected and corded into the earth.

And I want you to acknowledge on that timeline,

Any energy where you are not made to feel safe,

Where you are not provided for,

Where you are not taken care of consistently.

I want you to release any of that that you are holding in your body.

And I want your guide to help you clear it from that timeline.

Any of that energy that might've affected that first chakra of energy that really just wants to be taken care of.

I want you to forgive this person for not taking care of you.

If you are able to at this time,

Releasing anything from that area that needs to be released down that core deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep into the core of earth,

Where she will recycle it and return it to creators.

And let that gold and crystal light flow down all the way down,

All the way into that cord,

All the way into that core,

Deep into the earth,

Acknowledging how your body feels now.

And I want your guide to like an x-ray scan from the head all the way down to the toes.

Any last tendrils of energy that you are holding on to,

Let them cleanse it,

Package it up,

Send it back to creator.

And I want your guide to cut any of the cords that might still be remaining between you and this person energetically,

Etherically,

Physically cut those cords and return any and all of that energy right back to you.

It's time to say goodbye to your guide,

Turn around and send them so much gratitude for their assistance.

I want you to slowly take a deep breath in,

Let it out,

Start to come back into the room,

Into your body,

Noticing how you feel.

You should have more energy.

As a reminder,

These are pretty powerful energetic shifts for you as well as the other person.

Chances are,

They're not going to like the fact that they can't feel your energy anymore.

And this can show up and manifest in a variety of ways in the real world.

They might be angry,

They might reach out,

But do expect a powerful energetic shift.
