Hello,
My name is Tess and I'm going to lead you through a night time energetic or psychic shielding routine.
Shielding is a wonderful way to focus on your breath and your body and to help you feel safe at night,
Relaxing your nervous system so that you can have a wonderful deep sleep,
Filling yourself up with a loving and healing colour to help keep out any thoughts,
Troubles,
Fears or any other entities that tend to trouble you at night.
I learned this technique from Kylie Faye for my child who used to struggle with fear and anxiety at night as well as recurrent nightmares.
He no longer feels any fear when he shields himself,
So I know it works wonders.
First,
You'll want to choose a colour with which you will fill your whole body and another colour with which you will fill your aura which extends into the field around your body.
I'm going to use lavender to fill my body and gold to fill my aura,
But you can use anything that feels right for you right now.
You can trust yourself.
Now feel that the colours you chose are loving and protective.
They arise from the universe,
From the source of all things,
Which is love itself.
With every single inhale,
You are sending love into your cells.
And with every exhale,
You are solidifying that love within your cells and giving love back to the earth.
Love is a wealth that only grows when we share it.
First,
Make yourself comfortable.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Allowing your body to sink more deeply into your bed with every exhale,
Feeling the gravity of Mother Earth holding you without fail,
Without compromise,
Without condition.
With each breath in,
Imagine your body filling with the colour you chose.
Breathe in and fill your toes.
Exhale as the colour settles in and relaxes you and guards you from harm.
Breathe in and fill your feet.
And exhale.
Breathe into your ankles now.
And exhale.
Breathe in and fill your feet.
And exhale.
Breathe into your lower legs,
Filling your legs with this colour,
Creating a protective barrier.
And exhale.
Feel this grounding,
Calming and healing light fill your body,
Keeping you safe,
Keeping you protected,
Leaving no room for interlopers.
Breathe your colour into your upper legs now.
And exhale,
Sinking deeper into the bed as you do so.
Breathe into your palm and surrounding areas now.
And exhale as the colour settles in,
Solidifying the shield inside you.
Breathe into your belly and back.
And exhale,
Knowing that with every breath you are creating safety in your energetic field.
Now breathe into your chest,
Filling all of your organs and all of your fascia and all of your bones with your colour,
Imbuing your colour with love and healing properties as it fills your body.
And exhale.
Breathe into your upper back and shoulders,
Relaxing deeper with each exhale.
Now breathe your colour into your neck,
Allowing it to fill and calm and heal each cell as you imbue it with loving and healing energy.
And release.
Now breathe your colour into your head and your chin,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your forehead,
Your ears.
Fill them with this loving,
Protective and healing energy.
And as you exhale,
Know that you are creating a pillar of safety within yourself that nobody can enter.
There is no opening unless you allow it.
You are filled with this divine colour and it will keep you safe and protected as you sleep.
Take a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.
Now we will fill the aura around our bodies with our secondary colour,
Pulling in this colour imbued with love,
Protection and healing energy from the Source.
With every breath we create a protective shield around our bodies,
As far or as close as we need,
Whatever feels right.
I will now quieten and breathe with you for the next ten breaths,
With each inhale creating a shield around our bodies,
And each exhale an offering of love and gratitude to the Earth,
To our ancestors,
To the Universe that holds us,
The energy that fills us.
At the end of ten deep breaths,
Each with a longer exhale,
I will end this recording and you will have the best sleep of your life.
