Hello.

This is a short practice that you can use to help boost productivity.

I encourage you to keep coming back to it.

You need just that little shot,

That spark,

To boost your levels of productivity.

And we'll begin by breathing,

And we'll sit comfortably,

And we're going to take a deep breath in,

Then we're going to hold it at the top and release it with a sigh.

So take that deep breath in,

And hold it,

And sigh it out.

Now close your eyes and picture a golden sphere of light in front of you,

And continue that breathing pattern.

And on every inhale,

See the light move closer,

Filling you with energy,

Filling you with focus.

And as you sigh it out,

The light grows brighter,

Radiating clarity,

Radiating purpose.

So breathe in energy and focus,

And hold it.

And exhale and see that light grow brighter,

See more clarity,

See more purpose.

Now take that light,

And see that light travel through your body,

Energizing different parts of it,

Energizing your mind,

Clearing away distractions.

Feel it illuminate your goals,

Helping you see them with a renewed determination.

And let the warmth of the light remind you of your innate ability to achieve.

You are capable,

You are competent,

You are enough.

And let's close with three simple affirmations which you can then use and take and carry through the rest of your day.

I'd like you to affirm to yourself,

I am focused,

I am capable,

I am energized.

Once this practice and recording is finished,

Take a few more moments with this visualization before returning to whatever tasks you are doing,

And return with a renewed sense of energy,

Enoughness and purpose.
