Transcript

Good morning,

Good evening,

Good afternoon,

Wherever you may be,

Whatever you may be doing,

Hello.

This meditation is a short meditation to invite you to pause,

To ground yourself in the now and to start your day with clarity and presence.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position.

Feel your feet grounding into the earth,

Your body supported beneath you like a warrior's arms,

Steady and strong.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it gently and slowly let it out your mouth.

See yourself standing on a beach at sunrise.

The golden light washes over you,

Warm,

Soft as the waves roll in and roll out.

Let your breath mirror the rhythm of the ocean.

Inhale,

Hold and exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Feel the cool sand beneath your feet,

The warmth of the sun soaking into your skin.

Inhale light and exhale worry.

Repeat slowly as you do this.

I am here,

I am now,

I am present.

Inhale light,

Exhale worry.

Take this calm,

Focused energy into your day.

When you're ready,

Take one last deep breath,

Roll your shoulders,

Exhale,

And open your eyes.

Refreshed,

Grounded and ready to begin.
