Hello dear one,
I invite you to settle into the space around you.
Find a comfortable seat.
And allow your hands to rest in your lap.
Gently closing your eyes or a soft gaze downward if that feels more comfortable for you.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth,
Allowing your shoulders to relax on your exhale.
Take another full breath in through your nose.
And exhale fully,
Allowing your face to soften.
One more nice deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs,
Your belly.
And exhaling,
Allowing all the air out of your mouth,
Feeling your body relax.
Return to your regular breath pattern,
Breathing in and out through your nose.
I invite you to begin to turn inward.
Allowing the noises or distractions to gently fall away.
At any point during our meditation.
If you find yourself feeling distracted,
It's okay.
Gently come back to yourself and once again,
Turn inward,
Noticing your breath.
And your body.
Oftentimes,
We may get distracted or feel overwhelmed with a long list of things to do.
During this meditation,
We'll ask ourselves,
What is one thing I get to focus on and we'll step away feeling more clarity and peace.
As you allow your body to slow down and settle into this space.
Take a nice deep inhale and lift the crown of your head up to the sky,
Feeling the lengthening through your spine.
And as you exhale,
Continue to feel that lengthening and connection above.
Would you sit a little taller?
Shoulders spread wide,
Chin lifted,
Feeling this opening and connection to yourself.
To your higher power.
Whether it be God,
The universe,
Source,
Your spirit team,
Whatever feels right for you.
Breathe into that space and connection.
I invite you to bring to mind your to-do list,
Allowing it to slowly rain down in bits and pieces,
Falling around you.
You don't necessarily need to name each piece.
Simply see it raining down.
Slowly,
Softly and steady.
Now begin to visualize it shifting to create a circle around your center,
Your heart space,
Gently circling around you.
And if you notice it's starting to pick up speed,
I invite you to slow down your breath.
And the movement of the circle.
Begin to ask your heart space.
Your spirit.
What is one thing I get to focus on in this moment?
Visualize your heart as a magnet,
Gently pulsing.
Gently drawing in what is meant for us.
Continue to breathe fully and deeply.
We don't need to force it or micromanage what we might want to show up.
We don't need to put any shirts on it.
Softly,
Gently asking,
What is one thing I get to focus on in this moment?
On your next inhale,
Begin to witness the one thing that is being drawn into your magnetic heart space.
Begin to explore it with curiosity.
Perhaps put a name to it.
Does it have a feeling?
The color.
.
.
Escape.
Simply take some time to explore it and ask it if it has something it would like to tell you.
It is presenting itself for a reason.
Whatever it is,
I invite you to look at it with grace,
Compassion,
And love.
Letting go of any judgments or any other feelings that are not serving your greatest and highest good.
Continue to explore it with curiosity and conversation.
On your next inhale,
Begin to hold it in your hands.
And on your exhale,
Gently feeling it and all it has to offer you.
How does it feel?
What does it look like?
Is there something else it wants to share with you?
Softly ask it,
What is the first step you want me to take?
Be open to what you hear and try not to question it or judge it.
Still holding on to this tender and beautiful piece of wisdom.
Ask if there is anything else it wants you to know in this moment.
When it is complete,
Thank it for its wisdom.
Gently begin to open your hands and lift them up towards the sky,
And as you do,
You notice Perhaps you begin to smile as you watch it flying around and eventually up and away.
Begin to come back to your body.
And the space around you.
Feeling your body's connection to the surface you are sitting on.
Notice your breath.
Inhale the expansiveness and swell of your heart that is full of gratitude.
I invite you to place your hands over your heart,
Feeling your beautiful heartbeat.
Gently remind yourself of what was shared with you during this time of deep inner soul connection.
Stepping out with direction and guidance for your first step is all we need at this moment to get started.
To begin.
Come back to this meditation anytime you seek direction on your next step.
Gently begin to bring some movement back to your body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Perhaps bringing some movement to your neck by slowly rolling your head from side to side.
And when you are ready.
Gently blinking your eyes open.
Feeling prepared to move into your day with purpose and intention.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation and until next time,
Take good care.
Namaste.
