Welcome dear one.

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to arrive here.

Let yourself breathe.

Inhaling.

Exhaling.

But not trying to change anything.

Just remembering that you are here now.

Safe.

Present.

Whole.

Let the breath come and go like gentle waves at the shore.

With each exhale,

Imagine softening your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your belly,

Your hips.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Melting into the earth beneath you.

There's nowhere to go.

Nothing to do.

You are allowed to just be.

Bring your awareness to your feet or the base of your spine.

Sense the gentle pull of gravity,

The earth holding you with quiet steadiness.

Imagine golden roots extending from you,

Weaving down into the ground through soil,

Through stone,

Maybe even crystal.

Reaching into the heart of the earth.

Here you are connected to deep,

Ancient strength.

The still,

Nurturing presence that has always held life steady.

Breathe that in.

As you rest in this grounding,

Begin to feel a soft light above you,

Like the rising sun on a calm morning.

It glows with hope,

With peace,

With quiet joy.

With each breath,

Allow this light to gently pour into the crown of your head,

Flowing all the way into your heart,

Warming your belly,

Traveling all the way down into your legs,

And finally into the earth.

You are the meeting place of earth and light,

Of strength and hope,

Of stillness and radiance.

If it resonates,

Gently whisper these words to yourself.

I am grounded in peace.

I am open to light.

I am connected to the heart of the earth and the heart of the cosmos.

I carry hope within me.

I am exactly where I need to be.

Rest here a little longer.

Feel your breath moving gently,

Like a soft rhythm within.

You are not alone.

You are always connected to the earth,

To the light,

To something greater that holds you in unconditional love.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you.

With all your fingers and toes,

Notice the support beneath you.

Carry this sense of peace and connection with you into whatever comes next.
