Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and feel your belly rise.
Exhale slowly out through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension.
One more time,
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale completely,
Arriving here now.
Place a hand over your heart.
Feel its warmth beneath your palm.
Imagine a soft,
Gentle light glowing in the center of your chest.
This is your inner light of self-love.
With each inhale,
See this light grow warmer,
Brighter,
Kinder.
With each exhale,
Let it melt away any heaviness around your heart.
Now softly repeat these words in your mind,
Or out loud,
If you would like.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am love.
If any of these words feel hard to accept,
Allow that feeling to rise without judgment.
This is simply an invitation to come closer to yourself day by day.
Let's take one more gentle breath deep into the heart.
Feeling this light of self-love.
Feeling your entire being.
