Thank you for being here today.
I invite you to close your eyes.
And prepare for a journey that will take you from what you think you are to what you really are.
Where do you feel like you are right now?
I know you realize you're in your home or another place.
But where does it feel like you are?
You probably feel like you're somewhere inside your head,
Between your ears that are hearing my voice.
Somewhere slightly behind your gently closed eyes.
Our senses certainly give us this impression.
They have evolved to help us survive.
To help us navigate the world.
But they have also unintentionally convinced us that we are separate.
Separate from each other.
Separate from life.
Separate from the universe.
The reality of what you are is far bigger and far more beautiful.
Because beneath the body.
Beneath thought.
Beneath identity.
You are really energy.
And everything in the universe is made of energy.
From the most dense and solid stone.
To the so-called empty vacuum of outer space.
The difference is merely the frequency or level of vibration of this energy.
But this energy is everywhere,
And it connects us to everybody and to everything.
So let's see just how big we really are.
We're going to step beyond our physical world.
And enter the world of energy.
Let's start with that spot inside your head that's hearing this.
Picture it as a fuzzy ball of light.
Perhaps white or golden or blue.
Whichever color the energy feels like to you.
Don't overthink it.
Just go with what comes naturally.
Now feel that fuzzy ball of light expanding through your body.
Moving down into your chest and abdomen.
Into your arms and legs.
All the way to your fingers and toes.
Feel the energy it has.
Perhaps a faint tingle or hum throughout your body.
It might give you a subtle feeling of warmth,
Or maybe not.
This energy is clearly you.
But this is just the beginning.
Now imagine yourself floating above your body.
Looking down on it resting peacefully right here in this room.
You can see the glow of your energy.
All through your body.
And maybe even extending a little into the space around your body.
Our flow of energy doesn't stop at our skin.
Now feel that energy expanding.
Well beyond your body.
And completely filling the room.
From the floor to the ceiling,
Out to each of the walls.
Into each corner.
It's the same glow,
The same gentle hum or vibration,
But it completely fills the room now.
It has already transcended your physical body.
I want you to see the energy and to feel the energy.
Not to think about it.
But to feel it.
You are the energy.
But the energy is not confined to your body.
Next,
Imagine yourself looking down from high above this building.
As the energy expands beyond the walls and softly surrounds the entire earth.
A beautiful sphere of light wrapping around the planet and extending into the darkness of space.
Feel the energy.
Just like you felt it in your body or in the room.
Now see the entire solar system,
With our sun at its center,
And the planets,
Including Earth,
Circling in their orbits.
See and feel the energy expand again.
Until it illuminates the entire solar system.
Next,
Expand out to our Milky Way galaxy.
With its rotating spiral arms and billions of stars,
Including our sun.
The sheer size of a galaxy is almost too much for the mind to comprehend.
But there is your energy.
Expanding again to add to the illumination of countless stars.
And finally.

Let your energy expand once more.
Beyond our galaxy.
To the edges of the universe itself.
There is nowhere that your energy is not.
It has expanded to include everything that is.
Everywhere that is.
Again,
It's important to feel this energy.
Feel that same glow and gentle buzz or hum.
That you initially felt in your body.
It is everywhere.
It is boundless.
Infidet.
Connected to all things.
Rest here.
Your physical body is still lying on your back in this room.
Listening to my voice.
But your energy literally fills the entire universe.
You are everywhere,
All at once.
Now let's gradually bring our attention back to our physical form in this specific place.
You are looking out at the boundless enormity of space and you zoom in to find the Milky Way galaxy.
You narrow your focus further and see our sun and the solar system still bathed in your glow,
Your light,
Your energy.
You see the Earth.
A beautiful orb painted in blues,
Greens,
And whites.
You enter the atmosphere and find this building,
And inside of it,
This room.
Notice that the same energy is still here.
But now you know it's not only here.
Take a moment to remember what it was like to fill the entire universe.
And feel that sensation again.
Before coming back into your body.
Now back in your body,
Take a slow deep breath in.
And exhale with an audible sigh.
Gently wiggle your toes.
Your fingers.
And when you're ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
As you go through your day today,
I hope you can carry with you the remembrance that you are far more vast,
Expansive,
And connected.
Than you probably imagined.
May your higher power express and create in you.
As you.
And through you.
