Sea Pegasus

A gentle nighttime meditation where the listener meets a glowing sea Pegasus beneath the stars beside a calm ocean. Good evening to all my listening ocean souls. It's me, Summer, Your meditation storyteller friend. From my home to yours, I send lots of love. It seems as though it is just about time to fall asleep. Tonight we are going to have a little fun together. I used my imagination to create this meditation but the pegasus in this meditation are very real and they come from the angelic realm. And the love and energy in this meditation are very real. So feel it as you listen. So tonight we're going to meet the magical sea pegasus. These gentle sea pegasus are going to take us on a peaceful ride that will help our bodies and minds get ready for a cozy, Relaxing night of sleep. And these special ones are called Sea Pegasus because they live near the ocean and love flying above the sparkly waves and moonlit sea. They are gentle, Loving beings who enjoy helping children feel safe, Calm, And magical. Also with you and always with you are your guardian angels, Your spirit guides, And your animal spirit guides. You will never fall asleep alone or be alone. Let's walk down to the seashore together. As we make our way toward the ocean, Notice your breath. Let it move with the rhythm of the waves, Slow and soft Slow and soft. Flowing in and out like the tide. Above you, The moon glows in this deep indigo night sky. It is breathtaking, Shimmering across the ocean. Big and round, It lights up the night with a soft silvery glow so we can see beneath the stars. So we're going to see the sea pegasus. And they live high in the clouds. But they love coming down to play near the ocean. To invite them closer, We must call to them with love. I want you to think about how much you love your favorite stuffed animal or your sweet pet. Feel that warm, Loving feeling glowing inside your heart. Now imagine that love gently floating out from your heart toward the fluffy, Sparkly clouds above. Oh, They heard us! Look closely. I can see them peeking through the clouds now. Can you? Look at their beautiful feather-like wings, Softly moving through the night sky. Take a deep breath in and out. The Pegasus are sending us calming, Loving energy. And it is flowing gently into us with the ocean breeze. Now the sea pegasus are coming closer. Can you see them? Their beautiful wings glow in the moonlight. They shimmer with soft purples, Ocean blues, And sparkling seafoam green. When they flap their wings, Tiny glowing sparkles float through the air like stars dancing over the ocean. Look at their long flowing manes and tails. They are moving softly like waves in the sea. Some low turquoise blue. Some shimmer lavender and silver. Behind their tails float tiny crystal sparkles that twinkle and twinkle in the night sky. Now, Look down at their glowing hooves. Every time they gently touch the water, The ocean glows. Bright blue light ripples underneath them like magic. Spreading across the sea wave after sea wave. And the Sea Pegasus want you to know something very important. You are safe with us. One. Pegasus slowly steps forward from the group. This is Percy the Pegasus. The others whisper softly. Percy is one of the gentle guardians of the skies and seas. Slowly walk toward Percy. And notice how calm. And safe. You feel. Beside him. His soft wings shimmer beneath the moonlight. As the ocean waves. Gently roll onto the shore. Now. Gently place. Her forehead. Against Percy's forehead. Feel is warm. Peaceful energy. Needing yours. Wrap your arms. Softly around his neck. Notice. Our love. And protected. You feel. Percy whispers gently. My promise is to always show love. My essence is love. We speak in love. Thank you for sharing your love with us. Where love keeps the world shining bright. Your love changes the world. Now percy lowers himself beside the glowing sea and softly asks Little ocean souls. Which Pegasus would you like to ride tonight? And take a moment to notice the Pegasus you choose. What color is your Pegasus? Is your Pegasus tall or small? What color are its mane and tail? What is the name of your Pegasus? What does the love from your Pegasus feel like? The pegasus feel calm and steady. Strong and gentle. Just like angels, They use their wings to protect and guide us. Your pegasus smile softly beneath the moonlight. Before we go flying, They whisper, Let's go surfing first. Surfing helps your body remember what it feels like to glide through the air. The ocean is calm and peaceful. Tiny silver waves sparkle beneath the stars. The water feels warm against your toes. And the cool night breeze gently dances through your hair it's almost like walking on water says your pegasus with a smile you'll be able to feel the universe all around you. Pegasus trots beside you, Carrying colorful surfboards on their backs. What color surfboard would you like tonight? They asked softly. Maybe yours glows blue like the ocean or maybe it's lavender or yellow shimmering with tiny stars or maybe it changes color every time a wave rolls by Snap your fingers, The picassus whispers gently, And your perfect surfboard will appear. You snapped your fingers. There it is. The Pegasus chooses its own surfboard too, And together you slowly paddle out into the glowing nighttime sea. The water moves softly beneath you. And you can hear whales. Singing far away in the distance. And you can smell the salty ocean air. And everything feels peaceful. Save. Free. Here comes a wave, Whispers the pegasus. Slowly. Carefully. You stand up on your surfboard. And look at you! You're doing it. So easily. So effortlessly. Your arms stretch out wide beside you as you glide across the glowing water. A cool breeze moves through your hair. The stars shine above your head. And the moon reflects beneath your feet. You are surfing across the ocean at night with a pegasus beside you. You are balanced. You are brave. You are safe. And the Pegasus laughs happily while surfing beside you. Their silver wings. Glowing softly in the moonlight. You're learning already, They whisper. Your body is remembering how to fly. Even if you feel a little nervous. That's okay. Pegasus smiles kindly at you. Their wings stretch out softly on both sides of you. We won't let you fall, They whisper gently. Now climb onto the Pegasus. Feel how warm and safe they are beneath you. Entraat. Trot. Trot. Off you go across the glowing ocean water. Let the cold breeze brush your cheeks. The salty ocean air smells fresh and peaceful. The pegasus splashes glowing hooves through the water while their wings flap slowly beside you. And wait. Look behind you. The dolphins are falling. They leap happily through the sparkling waves. One dolphin jumps high into the air. Splash! The pegasus laugh softly as their glowing wings begin lifting you higher and higher. And higher. And higher into the sky. Soon you are flying together up into the fluffy, Glowing clouds where the sea pegasus live. The clouds shimmer with soft purples, Blues. In silver light. Everything sparkles gently around you. And suddenly. . . Pegasus sprinkle magical crystal dust over the dolphins. Now the dolphins begin gliding through the sky too. The dolphins swim through the clouds. Beside you while the pegasus soar peacefully through the glowing night. Everything feels peaceful here. Safe. Soft. Magical. As the pegasus continue carrying you on your sleepy journey across the moonlight ocean They slowly descend near a beautiful. . . Glowing. The sand shines softly beneath the stars. The waves gently roll onto the shore. Your mind is peaceful. Her feelings are safe. Your imagination is beautiful. In the Pegasus. Now snuggle you into bed. And the pegasus gently help wash away any heavy feelings from the day. As they lay there next to you. You are loved. Exactly as you are. You never need to hide your sparkle. Now. You're feeling lighter sleepier. Relax. Glowing and happy. Now look at yourself. How wonderfully magical. How wonderfully you. That you are. And the Pegasus want you to remember. You are always loved. You are always guided. You never have to fly alone. You are always stronger than you realize. You are always worthy of kindness and care. You are always carried by hope, Even on hard days. And you can always think of your Pegasus. Whenever you need to. They will always be there for you. So know that you can rest now.
