Tonight we are going to go to another dimension called Avalon.
A dimension is another place that layers where we live.
You don't need to understand this,
Just know this place is called Avalon.
It's located in the British Isles and has very warm,
Loving energy.
Let's begin.
We are standing on the rocky,
Sandy seashores of the ancient British Isles in the magical land of Avalon.
Tall sea cliffs rise high beside us and to our left beautiful ocean waves crash gently against the shore.
The salty air feels cool and calming on your skin as the moonlight shines across the water.
Tonight we are going to discover which spirit animal wants to spend time with us.
Let's use our intuition,
Our heart,
And our inner knowing to feel which animal is calling to us tonight.
Mmm.
Yes,
The dragon.
We can feel the dragon calling to us from somewhere nearby.
Let's slowly walk along the sandy,
Rocky shoreline together.
Perhaps the dragon is waiting for us inside one of the sea caves.
Before we go farther,
Let me ask you something.
When you hear the word dragon,
What comes to your mind?
Sometimes people think dragons are scary,
But dragons do not have to be frightening at all.
Dragons can be wise,
Regal,
Loving,
And protective.
They remind us to be brave,
Confident,
And fully ourselves.
Alright,
Let's continue searching along the seashore.
Oh,
Look over there.
There's an opening in the cliffs.
That must be the sea cape.
Let's walk inside together.
Wow.
Look at this cave.
There are crystals everywhere.
Huge glowing crystals.
And they're sparkling around us in shades of lavender,
Iridescent silver,
And a soft glowing blue.
The cave feels peaceful.
And magical.
Almost like a place you could fall asleep.
Forever.
The crystals shimmer like stars.
Did you hear that?
In your mind,
You can hear the dragon speaking gently to you.
Dragons do not always need words spoken out loud for us to understand them.
Sometimes they speak heart to heart.
We found the dragon.
Stomp,
Stomp,
Stomp.
You can hear the footsteps as she slowly walks toward us.
Her name is Davina and she is a beautiful girl dragon.
Her job is to watch over the Avalon seashores and protect the land.
She also protects the land by sending it love.
Davina is absolutely stunning.
Her scales are royal blue at the bottom and softly fade into glowing light blue near the top.
She sparkles in the crystal light like ocean water under the moon.
And her eyes,
Her eyes are so kind and so loving.
You notice something surprising.
You're not afraid at all.
Instead,
You feel calm.
Safe.
And empowered.
Davina reminds you that it is important to always be yourself.
Dragons value authenticity very deeply.
They never pretend to be someone else just to fit in.
And Divina wants you to know that you are lovable exactly the way you are.
Davina wants to hear one thing that makes you lovable.
Maybe you are kind.
Maybe you're creative.
Maybe you love animals,
Art,
Books,
Nature,
Or even dragons.
Whatever it is,
I want you to feel that love about yourself,
To yourself.
Now Davina is smiling.
She wants to take us on a ride across Avalon.
She is very large,
About the size of your parents' car,
With giant shimmering wings that glow softly in the crystal cave.
Davina tells us she already knew we were coming tonight,
So she prepared a special saddle on her back just for you.
Alright.
Let's carefully climb on.
Take a deep breath in and out.
The dragon begins to fly.
At first,
We stay inside the crystal cave,
Soaring through glowing crystal tunnels hidden beneath Avalon.
Wow,
We're going through these tunnels.
Look at all the sparkling crystals around us as we're flying.
The crystals glow softly as we fly past them,
And the air smells wonderful down here.
What is that scent?
Lavender.
The cave smells like lavender and fresh ocean air mixed together.
Oh,
Look above us!
There's an opening in the cave ceiling.
Up,
Up,
Up we go.
The Vena flies higher and higher until suddenly we rise above the land of Avalon.
Below us are rolling green hills stretching for miles.
The moonlight shines across the grass like silver waves.
And look down there.
Beautiful white horses galloping through the fields.
They look so free and peaceful.
Davina continues flying until we arrive at a beautiful apple grove.
Avalon is known for its magical apple trees.
Rows and rows of apple trees surround us.
Their leaves glow softly in the moonlight.
Let's climb down from Davina's back for a moment while she waits nearby.
I'll look closely.
Tiny fairies are fluttering around the apple trees.
They are gently blessing the apples with love and healing energy.
One fairy flies towards us holding a glowing green apple.
She tells us this apple carries healing energy for the heart chakra.
The heart chakra is the energy center in the middle of your chest that helps you feel love,
Kindness,
Compassion,
And connection.
And it's green.
The fairy hands you the apple with a smile.
All right,
Let's take a bite together.
Crunch.
Mmm,
Sweet and fresh.
Imagine a glowing green light in the center of your chest.
Warm.
Peaceful.
Loving green light.
The light gently clears and fills your heart chakra.
The magical apple reminds you that you are deeply lovable exactly as you are.
And even more importantly,
It reminds you to love yourself too.
Let's climb back onto Davina the dragon.
Up,
Up,
Up we go into the beautiful night sky.
Feel the cool breeze on your cheeks as we glide gently through the air together.
Davina flies sideways playfully through the clouds.
Her shimmering scales glowing softly in the moonlight.
Below us,
We can see the ocean again.
We are flying over the beautiful sea cliffs beside the sparkling ocean.
Can you hear the waves crashing softly below?
Can you smell the salty sea air?
Notice your breath.
Oh,
Look down there.
I see seals resting near the shoreline.
Can you hear their happy sounds?
Those seals are very magical creatures.
Some people say they are selkies,
Gentle beings who can live as seals in the sea and humans on land.
Let's wave hello to them as we fly by.
Maybe we will visit them another night.
Divina has somewhere very special to take us now.
She wants to show us Stonehenge.
Far off in the distance,
We can see it appearing on a wide green field under the stars.
Huge ancient stones stand together in a giant circle.
As we fly closer,
We notice glowing lights floating all around it.
Beautiful golden orbs drift gently through the night air like magical lanterns or glowing bubbles.
They sparkle and dance all around the stones,
Making everything feel peaceful and enchanted.
Now,
Davina lands softly on the grass.
All around us are kind.
And mystical Avalon creatures,
Smiling happily as we arrive.
This is a very special place filled with ancient peace and wisdom.
Let's walk together into the center of the stone circle.
Now lie down softly in the cool grass.
Feel how safe and comfortable your body feels here.
Smell the fresh earth and grass beneath you.
The night sky above is filled with stars.
And the glowing lights float gently around you.
Like tiny golden fireflies The dancing lights begin to swirl softly all around your tummy area.
Right above your belly button.
This is your solar plexus chakra.
The place inside you connected to confidence,
Courage,
Joy,
And believing in yourself.
The golden lights know exactly how to help you feel strong,
Peaceful,
And safe.
As the glowing lights dance around you.
Imagine warm golden sunshine filling your whole belly area warm,

Peaceful.
The lights whisper gently.

We are feeling so peaceful and so sleepy now.

The special place inside where you can see pictures and magic with your imagination.

Her dragon appears before you.
What does your dragon look like?

What color are its scales?
Maybe it doesn't even have scales.
Is your dragon a shimmery silver,

Blue or green or maybe rainbow colors in the moonlight?
Is your dragon a boy or a girl?
Or maybe your dragon is simply magical and unique in every way.
Notice how lovingly your dragon looks at you Your dragon knows everything wonderful about you.
It knows how kind you are.
How brave you are,
How special you are deep inside.
Your dragon curls up beside you protectively and lovingly You can feel its warm,
Peaceful energy surrounding you like a cozy blanket.
Your dragon wants you to know that it can always be with you whenever you need comfort,
Courage,
Love,
Or protection.
Anytime you feel scared,
Lonely,
Nervous,
Or unsure,
You can close your eyes and imagine your dragon beside you again.
Now,
Your dragon gently places its glowing paws near your tummy area,
Right above your belly button,
Back to your solar plexus chakra.
Once again,
This is a special energy center connected to confidence,
Courage,
Joy,
And believing in yourself,
And it's yellow.
A warm golden light begins glowing brighter and brighter and brighter inside of your belly.
Like beautiful sunshine filling you up with love and strength.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Now through your mouth.
And now,
Your dragon softly whispers some loving affirmations.
You are powerful.
You are brave.
You are enough exactly as you are.
You are strong inside.
You deserve love and happiness.
You can trust yourself.
You are bright like the stars.
You are saying it.
You are deeply,
Deeply loved.
