Meditation Timer OnlineSummer Bryant is a therapist, past life therapist, children’s author, meditation guide, and mom of two girls who creates gentle, heart-led experiences for sensitive souls of all ages. She has always been deeply connected to the ocean, imagination, intuition, and emotional healing. With a background in nursing and clinical mental health counseling, Summer blends mindfulness, nervous system support, storytelling, and spirituality into calming meditations and sleep experiences designed to help children and adults feel safe, grounded, loved, and connected to themselves. Ocean obsessed since childhood, much of her work is inspired by dolphins, whales, moonlit water, spirit animals, dreams, and the peaceful magic of the sea. Her meditations often include gentle affirmations, ocean imagery, emotional healing, and soothing bedtime journeys for sensitive and intuitive listeners. Summer is also the author of the ocean-inspired children’s book, When We Swam with Dolphins and Whales, a peaceful bedtime story created especially for imaginative children and the adults who still carry wonder within them. As a Leo and 5/2 Projector, Summer feels most aligned when guiding others back toward self love, emotional safety, intuition, and remembrance. Her intention is to help children remember who they truly are beneath the noise of the world: lovable, worthy, sensitive souls who were never meant to dim their light.
